Estuve dos semanas alojado y en relacion calidad precio no esta mal, un poco pesima la limpieza y sobre todo lo peor el internet! No se como un hotel de 4 estrellas no puede tener un internet ni para enviar simples whatsapp!

Trabajo como agente de viajes, y durnate un viaje en Turquia acompañando a un grupo, estuvimos alojados en el hotel Holiday Inn Bursa. Es un buen hotel. En España sería un 3 * superior o un 4*. Excelente buffet en la cena y en el desayuno. Habitaciones amplias , confortables y con buenos servicios.
El centro wellness es sencilo pero coirrecto, está bien para relajarse desues de un dia de viaje.
El mayor incoveniente del hotel es que se encuentra en la zona del campus universitario de Bursa, esto significa a más de 15 Km del centro de la ciudad.

- Daily rate is much higher than the provided value.
- It is badly quite, no single activity in the hotel.
- The hotel was simply with no life which never been to this extent during my past previous visits to this hotel.
- Air Conditioning is always turned off in the common areas inside the hotel.
- A/C is not working properly inside the room.
- road maintenance was taking place closed to the hotel which spoiled the plan to walk in the green area.
- COVID 19 preventive measures are thankfully adopted.

It was a one night stay at Holiday Inn, Bursa but it was fantastic. Clean, spacious and tidy rooms. Great view from our room. Tea and coffee was accessible. Nice hot shower on a cold night. Delicious meals. Friendly staff. Thank you to the management and staff of Holiday Inn Bursa.
Dirty with the worst management

We had so many problems in this place. We had flown from Trabzon to Istanbul and then had to drive from there to Bursa, so we were very exhausted as it is, and we did not need extra problems.
Upon arrival, we received both rooms, and one of the rooms we were checked into had disgusting filth spots on the toilet, so I went down to the front desk supervisor and he sent me with a staff member to show other rooms (2-3 rooms in different floors), all of which were supposed to be ready for guest, but we (myself and hotel staff with me) so dirt on the furniture. This was very disturbing to and embarrassing to the staff showing me the rooms (he was taking pictures to show to the supervisor). When they ran out of the room class I had reserved, they tried to upgrade me to the next only to experience the same thing as in the previous rooms. At this point, I had seen about 6 rooms, and finally, we found one which was clean and usable, but since we needed 2 rooms, and they had no clean room, they had to upgrade me to a suite, which was clean. I must say that in the process, the supervisor called the housekeeping manager and complained about this and requested him to prepare the rooms before they showed them to me, but guess what, the room THEY HAD PREPARED WAS ALSO DIRTY. At night I wanted to use the extra blanket they had in the room and when I removed it from its case, it smelt like urine, so I spent the night without a cover. The next morning, I requested to speak to the Hotel’s GM, who refused to speak to me, and gave the excuse that she was in a meeting, and sent the front desk manager instead. I explained to him everything and told me he would speak to the GM for a refund. While we were talking the GM walked by, but again did not speak to me. I tried to call the manager, but he never picked up, and a few days later he sent me an SMS apologizing for not answering and he promised to refund me within 2 weeks and that the GM was upset. NOTHING HAPPENED UNTIL TODAY (ALMOST 2 MONTHS). It was a one night stay which felt like a year.
