Terrible Treatment from staff member called Anni
Stayed here for 5 days and on the morning of checkout at 10:05am I had a staff member named Anni enter the apartment without invitation and demand that I leave. Bags were backed, this woman walked in on me half naked and refused to leave despite management offering a late checkout at additional cost (which I would have gladly taken over the abuse received) would not stay here again after that treatment and would not recommend it to others.
Great location
The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. The double bed was comfortable (albeit small for us as we're used to king size) and the clothes washing facilities were free, even though shared. The location is perfect for Byron Bay's restaurants and Main Beach, although there isn't much left of it. The manager, Mark, was very helpful finding us another apartment there when our check out was a day earlier than we thought!

Cancelled at late notice due to covid- very supportive- please support this place when the world returns!! They are one of the good guys and hope to get there on the other side. Actually really helpful when booking too
Great relaxing stay.
Stayed at the Jades on Lawson apartments in January 2020 with a family group. Its very close to shops and the beach making it easy to walk everywhere. The place is clean, comfortable and relatively quiet. The property manager was a pleasure to deal with and we would happily return.
Fabulous spot for the girls annual trip
Outstanding location and faultless customer service from the manager Mark and Adrian at the Byron Bay Beachfront Apartments. We stayed in Penthouse number 9 which was 3 bedroom self contained apartment with plenty of space for our daily cheese platters. Kitchen was fully equip with enough wine glasses for all and very comfortable beds and lounge area. Laundry facilities available on site just not in rooms if you are staying for longer. Check the properties website direct for more up to date photos as these are a bit dated. We will return for years to come. - 2 minute walk to the beach! - 7 minute walk to the Beach hotel/ Johnson Street! - 45 minute walk up to the beautiful Byron Bay lighthouse
