Not a King Bed
Booked a King Bed room, was a Queen size bed. Place looks like it needs a good clean. Mould on the balcony and weeds on the 4th floor. Chairs on the balcony falling apart. Fridge was old. Tape on buttons in the lift and glass doors leaning up against the wall.
Perfect Family Apt in Cairns
Our family stayed in the studio apt on 4th floor with huge terrace and it was fabulous value for money. The apt and terrace has beautiful views of the cairns harbour, is right across the street fm Aquarium and one block down from Esplanade. Walking distance to all attractions and great restaurants and drinks locations. The apt is clean and equipped with massive HD TV and great wifi for rainy days. It’s flexible configuration of 4 single beds that can be 2 x double or 4 x single is great. Small fridge & kitchen area, big bathroom w spa tub and good storage. The staff are friendly & accomodating. There is a pool, gym & parking onsite all secure and clean. Location is great - walk to everything and terrace could accomodate dinner for 12 or stand up drinks for 40 easily. It’s not a 5 star hotel but for active families or friend groups just needing good space to eat & sleep it’s perfect and was really good value for money.

Excellent. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff very friendly. Great location. Can walk to all of the restaurants. The aquarium was right across the road and that was also good value. Would definitely come back. 😊
1 week holiday
Room was a good size and clean. The bathroom was dated but clean except for tiles on floor, they were clean but could do with a professional deep clean. We were dissapointed with cleanliness of pool and common areas, particularly bins. My husband used a scoop to clean the pool twice. We only saw a cleaner their once on our 1 week stay. The bins in the pool area by 2, upstairs on deck by 1 and by the driveway by 2 were not emptied in the 6 days we were there. We emptied the one on the deck and advised staff we had done it and requested a liner to replace. On the day we left one bin beside driveway was emptied. Overall this resort has great service and location is ideal, an improvement in general area cleaning, pool cleaning, bin emptying processes in common areas would be a welcomed improvement.
Great little hotel
Great little hotel in the heart of Cairns, can walk everywhere, staff great - will do anything to help, love having a bath each day. will definitely be back and will let my friends know how great our stay was.
