I absolutely loved this place.A short boat ride from Calatrava. We were so warmly welcomed by the staff and felt very comfrtable here. The room was traditional style nestled up amongst the trees.Very clean room with adequate facilities to relax and enjoy. The restaurant was well situated with a great view of the main cove and the food was generous and delicious. The short walk thru the Bush to cove 2 and 3 was lovely offering the perfect place of peace and tranquility..I hope to return soon. Thanks to the manager his staff and family this was a very memorable experience.
Away from it all.......peace and tranquility

Great place, great owner and the staff are exceptional. It was just the perfect place to get away from it all and relax. Secluded, private beach (cove 3 the best) and comfortable accommodation. Food was good for an island with seasonal availability for some items. From Manila it was an hour and a half flight direct to Romblon Airport and a van transfer to the port of about another hour and a quarter. You then need to take a 20 minute boat ride to Turtle Cove. Best to prearrange all this with the resort. Snorkeling can be done off the beach and the ocean is clear with plenty of marine life to view. Equipment is available at the resort. I would definitely recommend this resort for couples wanting "private time" or singles who want to spend time to "regroup".

Very secluded... we were alone, all three coves for us! You can even see octopus and whale shark while snorkeling... and sardine run, really worth it the trip as it doesn't have road access. The price is a bargain for the location, the hotel is very basic, but do you really need anything else?

Just came from Turtle Cove and i just enjoyed my time there. Accomodations were simple but you have an entire cove to yourself where you can find white sand and clean and clear waters. You can also just while away your time in the hammock in Cove 3 and let the wind and waves lull you to sleep. You can also have a snack in their mini hut overlooking the sea in between Cove 2 and 3. Food was delicious. Home Cooked Quality Meals served by their Reliable and Friendly Staff Bert and Ronnel. James the manager was friendly and efficient, very nice guy to talk to. If you want to experience Island Living with a White Beach in front of you then Turtle Cove is the place to go to The place was mode more Charming by its people. Definitely an amazing vacation in Romblon.
A wonderful escape into paradise

Turtle Cove Island Resort is on Tablas Island, but only accessible by boat. That is the start of the fun. The owners James and Rona are wonderful hosts who will go out of their way to give you a wonderful holiday experience. Explore the little out of the way coves by wandering along rugged mountain pathways. Find little secrets hidden around - a treehouse and little cabanas for quiet moments overlooking crystal waters. The beaches are kept clean and have soft white sand. The waters are crystal clear and you can snorkel or dive in the area. The accommodation is modest but all you need with hot water and clean and secure rooms and the food is good. We loved it here and would recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet paradise escape away from the touristy crowds of nearby islands.
