This place is just ok plus the fact that they lie to their costumers. The room normal, nothing wow but at least it was clean, needed to get a few things fixed that obviously were never taken care of once they broke. First, it is located on a very busy street. There was always a lot of traffic around there. So to get there or leave it was always difficult. If you are going in December avoid this place. Second, this must be the only hotel without a parking lot. They only have 2-3 spots outside the hotel. When we got there we were told not to worry because we were guaranteed a spot anytime. Well, once they got their money that went to hell, obviously. We never had a place to park our car and theh obviously did not care about it.

Stayed in the hotel for a few days. There were some minor setbacks but they were quick to fix and were apologetic. Rooms was clean and the employees were very pleasant. The area was convenient to some beautiful views 5 minutes up the mountain to over see the city. Safe enough to go for a walk or exercise in the area. Plenty of restaurants in the area. For the price i recommend highly
Good idea, poor execution

This hotel is the perfect example of a poorly executed good idea. All of the design elements of a boutique hotel, with none of the quality. Where to begin.... First off, when we arrived the man at the front desk couldn't find our online reservation due to the fact that there was no system he could access and his only point of reference were printed copies of the webpage reservations. When we finally got to our room, we realized that two beds meant two TWIN beds in a room that looks mediocre at best. It was the little things that really made the room a disappointment however. The toilet worked when it wanted, the plugs in the bathroom didn't work, the beds were made with a folded fitted queen sheet which means that there's a big possibility that you'll wake up on bare mattress, and to top it off the rooms of this supposedly luxury hotel don't have hair dryers!! There's one hair dryer for the entire hotel that you have to go get from the front desk. To add insult to injury we went to go have breakfast and were confused when there was little to no food. Assuming that they were breaking down the breakfast buffet even though it was only 8:30, when we asked we got the response that since there aren't many guests they don't put out the normal buffet, so what we got was a "buffet" of cheese, papaya chunks and a loaf of white bread to toast if you wanted. Would not recommend this hotel unless they get a serious revamp in their management
NEEDS GOOD MANAGEMENT

This hotel is well located. Greeted by front desk people without uniforms in inadecuate clothing. The rooms that look to the avenue, very noisy and imposible to sleep in. Rooms are spacious, the air conditioning works well. The photos in ad, not the reality. Look much better than the reality. The breakfast room unpresentable and terrible breakfast. Extremely warm and noisy.
Beautiful place to stay

I liked this hotel. It is well located and not in a scary place. Being from Colombia but living in the USA for many years makes me to be more careful before deciding where to stay. More than the looks or external appearance of any hotel you have to be sure the location. I would recomend calling Taxi Service Hincapie. cell # 318 8396579. His name is Alberto Hincapie and he speaks some english. I travel to Cali for bussiness every two years and stay at different hotels. I always call Mr. Hincapie and arrange airport pick up and ask him which hotel should I stay at. He will tell you depending if your trip is business, family, or just fun. Oh and very importantly, your budget. I found this man thanks to another tripadvisor review. Been calling him since 6 years ago.
