Awful Choice for a Stay in Boston/Cambridge Area

Reviewed 23 november, 2021

I suggest staying anywhere besides here. I understand they had both the bar and restaurant closed for renovations, but they offered no accommodations in return. They offered no free coffee or water in the lobby. Water bottles cost $3 and the machine just ate our money. There was a picture of a pool online, but they are not spending money into running the pool right now, so they just had it closed. They sold us parking in advance, which we assumed meant that we were guaranteed spots, but when we got back on the second night, they had allowed the parking garage to fill up and we had nowhere to park. They told us to park on a street nearby, but said we may get ticketed. Breakfast is nothing special. You can't even walk to any restaurants in the area, so you have to drive everywhere. This is one of the more costlier hotels in the area and it is not at all worth it.

Excellent Hotel

The room was spacious and clean. The amenities were top notch. Any requests we had (like extra pillow and blanket) were filled quickly. The best was the friendliness and professionalism of all staff we encountered. We felt lie we were important and treated well.
