Large rooms and good breakfast

Spent 1 night here after staying in the Pantanal. The room is large (very large) and even comes with a bar! The location is good. Walking distance to many restaurants. Unfortunately almost all restaurants were closed the Monday night we stayed here. Not sure what that was about. My only complaint is the air conditioning is right beside the bed and blows on the person sleeping on the right side all night. The left side sleeper is warmer. The unit should be 1 meter higher.

Basic, good value stop-over hotel

The hotel offers basic facilities at a decent price. Practical transfer to and from Bonito/airport. Requires some renovations (especially hallways) but it's clean, staff is friendly and rooms comprise of a fridge. Breakfast options were good.

We arrived very early on a bus and were welcomed by the English speaking staff and allowed to check in. As stated previously, the rooms are very large and comfortable. A few English channels on TV. We had a room on the top floor with a small balcony and the views of the city were good- even better when Mother Nature put a lightening show on which lasted hours! Being up high we couldn't hear any street noise. We used their pool which has sun all day and you can ask for towels. Went out for dinner and there is not much around the local area. Only when there, did we realise we had stayed in a sister hotel also in Brazil. They had the same plastic cups to drink out of. Just crazy you can't get a glass in your room at this chain of hotels!

A nice place to rest and stay

During my time in Campo Grande I could try the hospitality of this place. Service is excellent, people are very nice and breakfast has several options. There's a big supermarket in front, which you can buy basic amenities until midnight daily. Room is clean and quiet. For sure this place is a good choice

Good location and friendly staff

We stayed for one night. The room was huge and very clean. The Internet worked very well and fast. The staff were very helpful with directions to good restaurants and other things. The breakfast was very well served with eggs as well as waffles among many other choices. We were pretty happy with our stay and the late check out.
