Spent a weekend here with my wife, 2 year old boy, and newborn and was extremely pleased with everything. From the moment we arrived in our room, the staff had already setup a portable crib (playpen) next to our bed, separated a smaller bed for our 2 year old, left the TV on for us in a kids channel (we arrived with Pepper Pig playing which the kids love), and on our bed there was a hand written note with 2 chocolates welcoming our family. Talk about getting the first impressions right !!! Room size is decent, with flat screen TV, mini fridge, and portable heater. There's a small pool available and they recently built some external toys (swings, jumping table, slides). Breakfast is standard for the region, and in the evening we were again surprised they served a coffee break worth cakes, juices, fruits. Staff is very friendly, and some speak decent English. If you're traveling with family and kids you can't go wrong here! I was very pleased with our stay and highly recommend it.

It is a nice and comfortable place to spend some days. It has a room with a pool and it has lots of DVDs in case that the whether is not that good (something that apparently is quite common). All the personnel is very helpfull.

We´ve decided to stay at the Savoy as a one night stop over in Campos do Jordão. It is a ok lodging at a convenient price. Little else can be said, except to highlight the kindness and cordiality of the staff.

Foi tudo muito bom, desde a recepção a saída. Equipe muito educada e atenciosa, comidas, café da manhã, tudo uma delicia. A estrutura do hotel também muito boa, louge, bar, restaurante, piscina ,sauna, academia. tudo muito bem equipado.

Desde a chegada, todos os funcionários muito educados, hotel super aconchegante, muito limpo e agradável. Cama maravilhosa, travesseiros muito bons. Café da manhã delicioso, com uma lareira no ambiente, deixando ainda mais gostoso. Academia, play para as crianças etc. Ah, sem contar que eles tem um transfer exclusivo para os hóspedes, para levar até o centrinho do Capivari a qualquer momento (Mesmo o hotel sendo muito próximo de lá). Seu carro nem sai do hotel!! Principal de tudo, ótimo custo benefício! Voltarei com certeza. Se quer um lugar agradável, relaxante e busca tranquilidade, esse é o lugar.
