Average hotel, ok stay, could get something better probably.

Average hotel. Quite difficult to get there. Could work more in have it cleaner. Check In is pretty easy. You may struggle for a parking space (safe). Kind of well located. They serve breakfast but not included in the night rate. Located in Cancun Downtown.

The worst hotel I have been. MY MEDICAL VACATIONS put me here for the recovery of my surgery. SO DISAPPOINTED. If ever you decide to take that company for your surgery Planning MAKE SURE that they don’t put you in THIS HOTEL 🙏 Food is not good and not included( breakfast only) no butter no jam no steak knife. Internet on and off. They speak only Spanish and a little bit of English. No sun to tan. Really NOISY 24/7 it never stopped. Dirty they put the sheets and towels to wash in the hall they bang doors. No entertainment, so little of alcohol bottles no choices. Really expensive, they don’t do change from American to pesos ( only when you pay your check-out. No Netflix only 3 English channels with movies from the 80’s. No beaches near in front of a speed road. Don’t waste your money

Excellent Hotel in Cancun.

We spent two nights in this hotel and had a great experience. The room, lobby, restaurant and other premises were very clean. I also witnessed the staff spraying chemicals at night due to Covid. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had to work and the internet was fast at the room. There are excellent restaurants nearby. It was a great option among hundreds of other places I was searching.

The best hotel I stayed in in Mexiko

This hotel is the best I have visited in Mexiko. The price is really good for what you get - pretty modern and very comfortable clean rooms which is sometimes hard to find. The hotel manager daniel is super helpful and his English is perfect - in general the staff is super friendly and welcoming you can ask them about anything. All the health restrictions are taken very seriously which is super good there is a hand sanitizer everywhere and a fever test at the check in. Food tastes amazing as well and they have a great outside area with a pool where you can tan and relax. All the Cancun happening is really close and walkable. I hopefully will come back very soon.

Bad hotel no compréhension for people suffer from Covid

I needed to canceled the stay because of Covid I told them 15 days before the stay they don't want to refund, rude replies pretended they don't understand the current pandemic situation. Whereas other hotel did even with short notice. Sorry to this, please avoid people who take advantage from other bad luck. Thanks
