Very clean and nice hotel on the beach.

This place is great. I had all inclusive stay here and the room was the best. I had a room that was swim up to the door and the view of the ocean. We checked in pretty quick after a group of people that were asking the staff alot of questions but it wasn't the staff fault for that. I understand that some people would like to know everything about their stay. The hotel was very clean. They were remodeling on side of the hotel but they kept the construction away from the visitors the beach had a great view of the ocean and it was great to see the sunrise.

Great break from reality

Great experience for our last minute trip to Cancun. Lots of families and local folks having a good time - a welcome break from some of the other places in the hotel zone. We had wonderful service everywhere we went, paid a little extra for a swim up and it was perfect. Incredible mango margaritas

The Good Very friendly bar staff (special mention to Sandy) Weather was great Pool side snacks in the day The Bad Reception Staff really poor only interested in trying to get extra money from you regardless of the request. Very unhelpful or flexible. Not enough Reception Staff - ridiculous waiting time if you needed to ask any questions. Cannot pay for anything in cash told that they don’t accept any cash in hotel - however witnessed several Mexican people paying in cash so was a little confused by this. No Ice Cream in the entire hotel. First All Inclusive holiday I have been on in past 20+ years around the world that has no ice cream! When I asked about ice cream was told I had to go to local shop! We left our room at around 9am every morning and didn’t return until around 6pm - on several occasions room had not been tidied or fresh towels provided in this period then the cleaner knocks at around 6.30pm when it’s inconvenient. On the other hand on a couple of occasions was woken up to loud banging and furniture being dragged across the ground next door at 5am - when went out to see what was going on - cleaners were in there cleaning! Our flight was delayed for a couple of hours on return journey so requested to extend to a late check out only to be quoted an expensive figure even though they confirmed room was empty after we left for the next few days. Very limited food choices - same every day no catering for vegetarians/vegans which is very strange in this day and age. Had to leave the Mexican restaurant without eating or ordering after seeing nothing we could eat on the entire menu. The Ugly Building Works taking place meaning that you unless you want a migraine from constant loud drilling 8am - 6pm then you cannot use one side of the pool and bar area. This was not advised anywhere before we booked or made aware when we checked in

Noisy groups and industrial work on !

To be honest there are a lot of good things about this hotel rooms are excellent we over look the sea and has been newly decorated. The swim up bar is great : unfortunately noisy groups of Mexicans were quite annoying I wasn’t expecting and 18-30’s holiday !! We Moved ourselves to other pools and bars … but work on hotel meant you could hear drilling every day except Sunday ! Only bar opened at night was swim up pool …. Yet others have great seating areas ! The swim up bar only had the sunbeds ! So couldn’t sit and enjoy evening unless you wanted to lay on beds ! Nightlife practically non existent ! Views are great to ocean and you are feet away ! Staff really helpful ! Lots of different pool area for children only problem is need ear plugs whilst work is being carried out. Drink options are good. Hotel alittle tired but it’s fine for mid price all inclusive if you want more you…. would have to pay more …. Food Restuarant alittle limited but okay if you Intend to go out for a nice evening meal ….. this hotel could be great ! But it’s not at the moment. I wouldn’t stay here again and I don’t typically put reviews on - so meant to be helpful for others as our holidays are very important. Also finally there is no map or help for what is where and we were just told go up here keep going and you will find your room ! It took us quite some time !!!! And after 10 hours travelling your brains don’t always work

Cua Restaurant

The restaurant is amazing and the crew was outstanding. They are quick and Carlos Dzul was a wonderful crew member who welcomed us with his kindness and energy everyday we walked in to eat. My family and I ate great breakfast that consisted of American and Mexican food, which was amazing just in case visitors wanted both options. Excellent service and clean atmosphere at all times. 100% recommend and hope to come back soon.
