This business will steal your money. I tried to modify my reservation they not only cancelled my room but they will not refund me my money. Do not book here no matter what! On top of that they will never put you through to a supervisor.

Well all at the beging was fine but the organization and service is poor and not respectable to the guest in reception, apartment two bedrooms nice ,one card for elevator ,2 people 1 card ,askses tu parking no card some times waiting 20 minutes becouse securiti is. Busy,one question way they sad " o we finish the cards " and " well tu people one card " Well oi don't a set this tie of answer especially from manager . And apart of that ,the pleis is not in best condition ,old and over used and the word under is on the construction time of the day don't stop construction noises

Don't be fooled by the photos

The picture of endless view from the balcony was taken a number of years ago. Since then a couple of towers have gone up restricting what you see. Whilst it's not the end of the world it is very frustrating that the continue to use photos that are clearly out of date. We booked using Booking.com and the rest of the photos are pretty accurate as are the previous reviews. Mall below giving access to a supermarket, restaurants below and around plus a pretty well equipped kitchen if you want to cater in. The road noise was pretty bad but with the shutters closed at night it didn't bother us. Equally the music from nearby establishments was loud but, hey, this is Mexico. Would I stay again? Probably not.

An absolute trash experience trying to find this poor excuse for a hotel. Spent two hours lugging all of our luggage (lol) in 100% humidity and literally not one single person, even the security guards inside of the mall, could point me in the correct direction of whatever this place is called. The people have been absolutely so unfriendly and haven’t been helpful whatsoever. all of the doors in which we can actually attempt to check into the hotel had been chain locked with a bike lock for whatever reason. We called their front desk phone number maybe about 10 times until finally on the 11th someone picked up and literally was of no help. We ended up sitting in front of Hooters, which had the longest line out of any of the restaurants here in this part of town, and the guy refused to come help us to figure out where to go. Absolutely do NOT recommend staying here at this dilapidated s**t show.

Please don't be fooled by the pictures and any positive reviews on the various booking websites. The hotel staff creates fake reviews and the property looks NOTHING like the pictures shown. Trust me, we too were deceived. REAL reviews can be seen on Yelp. (Referred here by dental clinic) 1, Hotel does not follow any COVID-19 health protocols, sheets not changed between guest stays, dirty towels 2. Suites (i.e. apartments) are filthy! Mattresses stained, countertops stained and dirty, microwave dirty and rusted, kitchen sink smells w/gnats, furniture indoor and out dirty and stained, floors in units not mopped, very dusty 3. NO HOT WATER (we stayed here on two separate occasions, NO HOT WATER either time) 4. No wash cloths provided and you must give hotel staff your dirty towels before any new ones are issued 5. Unable to flush toilet paper (sign is posted in bathrooms) 6. Hotel staff won't let you leave until a staff member has gone and inspected the unit, any stains on sheets or towels... the hotel will charge you and keep your security deposit! 7. ***Extreme safety issues*** windows leading into suite room are broken and easily accessible, anyone can climb through the windows*** 8. Washer/dryer broken (we walked out with a bag of wet clothes; washer door got stuck); hotel staff told us it was our fault because we didn't know how to use the washer. 9. Pool tile is stained and glass partition is held together with wooden sticks! 10. Beware Non-refundable!!!! We stayed only 1 night during our second stay and asked for refund of the remaining 3 days, hotel refused. It was no matter there was no hot water, unable to flush toilet, filthy, window locks broken, no cable, or phone to call front office- we pleaded with supervisor, sales manager and reservations. Booking (travel site) also tried to assist, but they denied their request for refund as well - staff very hostile and blames the guest for any inconvenience- worst experience ever!
