This place was only $25 a night. Which I loved because I'm cheap like that. I was pleasantly surprised with what we got for our money. The room slept 3 people, had a little sitting room and a kitchen with a decent size refrigerator. It was pretty clean. The only thing in question were the bed coverings. They seemed cleanish I think they just needed to replace the set because there were a few little stains but nothing too serious. They have AC units but upon arrival the room was super hot! It took a while to cool down because of the vaulted ceilings but it got pretty cold after a while. They are single level villa style with a nice clean pool. It's walled in and gated like a fortress so you definitely feel secure and safe. There is not much in walking distance of the area but we were able to drive a few blocks and found a small Mom and Pop restaurant. The streets around the area are not well maintained, there are no street lights and the streets are filled with huge potholes so be careful if you are driving your a car at night. I think this is a great hotel for an over night stay especially if you are budget conscious.

Our night at this villa was really pleasant. We were amazed at the condition of the property and the way it is maintained. The pool was also very clean and enjoyable. The room was very nice and spacious. Definitely an enjoyable experience!

Stay Away

Located in a sketchy neighborhood is one thing. But no wifi available the entire time with no explanation from the staff as to why or when it would come back on. There were roaches in the bathroom which reeked of urine. We didn't sleep AT ALL because of the constant sounds of dogs barking, lights outside our room turning off an on. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. In fact, we left at 3 am after we tried falling asleep all night to no avail.

Really nice once you find it!

This is a charming hotel, well-protected, with good staff, a nice pool, and spacious rooms. Only two problems: the sketchy neighborhood is not walkable (industrial and nothing to walk to), and it can be difficult to find. It's close to the airport. Take the Bonfil exit into Colonia Bonfil (Domino's Pizza on the corner), then take the first left...for many blocks! When you see two colonial buildings across from each other , turn right and the hotel's gate will be on your right.

A secret surprise!

My collective taxi finally found this place in the middle of a industrial wasteland, it looked not just dismal but scary. I was met at gate by a nice young man and when I entered I was in a massive oasis. A beautiful pool surrounded by palms and the apartments on the edges of the pool. The room was very clean and I had a studio area separate from my bedroom. The draw back is that any grocery store (I had a full kitchen) or any resturant were a good priced taxi drive away. I was told that most guests just ordered from one of the many fast food menus they kept on hand. It was lovely and less than $45 for the night, near the airport. I will use the hotel again and come prepared with food for my stay. It was truly a surprise after the drive to get to it. Very quiet and clean.
