Escogimos este hotel por su precio, puesto que eramos un grupo de 12 personas y prevalecio el tema precio economico. Nos parecio un precio muy economico y si, sin duda lo es El secreto de estos hoteles es limitar las espectativas al minimo para no decepcionarte. Aparcamiento, SI, como en la mayoria de hoteles de poligono en Francia. Limpio, muy justito, los minimos los cumple, aunque en mi sabana habia un pelo largo y negro y no era nuestro. Baño, individual por habitacion, pero muy viejos, y limitados en espacio, da la sencacion de camarote de submarino Situacion, en un poligono, facil de llegar con el gps Mobiliario, roto debes informar de lo que esta roto en recepción al llegar si no podrian cobrarte lo roto o si falta algo aunque no hayas sido tu Lo pone por escrito cuando haces el checking. No es un hotel internacional, y esta en Francia. Sres. Españoles de España, no pretendan ni exijan que les entiendan hablando castellano, en Francia se habla Frances, y a lo sumo, ingles que es la lengua comun en toda Europa. El personal, que es escaso, es amable y profesional, mas que suficiente para este tipo de servicio.

First one night, it's fine. The main road nearby is noisy but the beds are clean, the shower hot and powerful and the price cheap, if you arrive late you will have to use the automated machine. It's not close to the medieval city at all.

This has to go down as the worst hotel ever. I arrived late around 21:30 and the hotel was simply closed and the person refused to let me in. I came from overseas I have no control if the flight is delayed but it is no excuse to not accommodate a guest and use a bit of common sense. anyway; I felt I was begging for my life to get in. then I got to the room I mean that is what they call it. it was so small once you are in you are already out! the heat was full blast I could not change it to the Ac. the worst when I complained the morning after the person told me it was very cold and that the whole place was under the heater. I had no saying they decide at what room temperature you should sleep. I kept the door and window open not to suphocate. supposed to stay 6 days one was enough to get the hell out

No check-in and no refund

Booked at Carcassonne... the automated check-in worked well enough to charge the taxe de sejour, but then wouldn't print the room key. No staff answered the door so I had to find an alternative hotel. Even with a photo showing the error, the hotel refused to issue a refund. Avoid Premiere Classe and their sister hotels Campanile and Kyriad -- try Ibis Budget and F1 instead.

If you are looking for a low cost place where you could relax, have a shower and air conditioning temperature, this is your hotel. It’s very easy to reach from the motorway and have a free and surveilled parking lot just in front of the rooms. To get to the old “Cité” my best advise is to get a cab ( 15€ Only)
