Excellent small b&B

This is an excellent 3 room farmhouse B&B. It is easy to find near the M74, with a pub less than 2 miles away for supper. Our bed was very comfortable, the area is pretty, and we had a first class breakfast. Attentive friendly hosts.
Great B&B!!! Everyone and everything just perfect

We loved the hosts and their kindness. We loved the large and comfortable room, the cleanliness and the facilities. Anne and Alex are wonderful people! Alex is a great tourist guide, so passionate. Just a perfect night and breakfast

All you could want from a B&B. Clean, tidy, warm, comfortable...etc. etc. If you're after a super fancy hotel-like place then there are alternatives. We stayed for three nights and expect to stay there again in the future. We have confidence in the place.
Warm & Welcoming

Have just spent 1 night- would have loved more had travel arrangements permitted. Lovely atmosphere in this B&B operating farm. Room 2 was very comfortable, spacious and cosy. Light and airy with very nice bathroom. Breakfast was abundant and most enjoyable. Anne and Alec are a lovely couple. One feels immediately at home in this lovely old farmhouse. Thank you Anne and Alec for a wonderful stay.
