Very quiet, clean property with an outstanding hotel manager.

The room was clean and quiet. There is a full kitchen (including an oven) which makes cooking in the room very easy. The grounds are well kept and the property is located in a quiet neighborhood not far from a main street. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay which was only made better by the outstanding hotel manager who went above and beyond during my stay. I would highly recommend!

Came here with my mom for a soccer game and Aliyah at the front desk was super helpful, very appreciative! She’s supper outgoing and my mom and I felt so welcomed. We were so impressed with her friendliness and professionalism. It felt like I had made a new friend!
THE MOST ELEGANT REDEFINITION OF BARELY MINIMAL

Ok, the good things first. Desk clerk was courteous. There were no roaches or bedbugs. The rest: I'd get same amenities sleeping at the truck stop, with nicer showers. This chain used to stock kitchen with plates, cups, coffeemaker, silverware. Now, everything is BARE. Have to go to front desk to get anything. I imagine it's so guests won't steal kitchen stuff, but if you don't ask for it, you don't get it. Rooms/bathrm are REALLY old, worn, tired looking as well as lobby. Looks like someone bought a failed motel and put just the bare minimum into it. Plenty of cheaper hotels than this that have nothing in them. This hotel is really hidden away behind some car dealerships; I used to live here for 28 yrs on this side of town and I never even knew about it. Also, Keystone is ALL TORN UP. YOU CAN'T CROSS THE INTERSECTION TO GET TO THE INTERSTATE, BUT HAVE TO GO WAAAAYYY OUT OF THE WAY (a few miles) TO TWO OTHER MAJOR ARTERIALS TO DO SO. I thought I knew what bare bones meant, but I truly stand corrected now. Other than that, it was fine. Next time, I will choose the truck stop.

First, I will say the staff was very friendly and available. Beyond that fact, there isn't much to get excited about. The hotel is dark, the lobby is small and pretty useless. Even the front desk was messy and disorganized - staff was not in uniforms just street clothes. Did not know there was not an elevator...but I was only on second level. Room was supposed to have an equipped kitchen...didn't realize until 6am that you had to request a coffee pot. Breakfast was....not breakfast. There was coffee (but no lids for cups), the smallest granola bars I've ever seen, mini muffins and hot water for packaged oatmeal that I believe you had to eat out of a paper coffee cup. Towels are thin, bed linens are old and need replacing. Probably will not choose an Extended Stay America again.
Sleepless in Indianapolis

I booked this hotel through my company's travel agency. It listed continental breakfast and a gym. There was a coffee station with prepackaged muffins. The gym was a room just slightly larger than a bathroom with a treadmill, an elliptical machine and a TV. The treadmill's conveyor belt did not work smoothly and the room was dreary. When I first entered the room it had a strong bug spray smell, afterwards the door would not lock. The young lady at the front desk jiggled the door until it did. The AC unit sound like an old Model T. The TV remote did not work. It was incredibly uncomfortable and I did try to get another hotel but could not find availability near the offices I was working at. Lesson learned: Read Reviews.
