The best front desk staff EVER!!!

I had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the food is absolutely delicious too!!! The best part of my stay was the lovely lady at the front desk, Felicia. She always greets everyone with a smile and is super helpful. I love her chipper personality. Somebody give her a raise! I definitely recommend people choose this place.

Felicia at the front desk was the best thing about this hotel! She was so pleasant and helpful on the phone as well as in person. Good choice on hiring this one! Keep her! Everything else was very nice as well- breakfast, fitness center, room.

Great stay - friendly staff, clean rooms, and perfect location

My team and I recently stayed at this hotel for a conference. My experience during this stay was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were great; well-kept and clean. It's sits right off of Main Street, only a short walk from Franklin and the UNC-Chapel Hill campus, and close to a variety of restaurants. I also want to recognize the staff - the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I want to also give a special shout out to front desk receptionist Felicia Forde. She went out of her way to help me out and was very sweet! 10/10 would recommend this location to anyone thinking of visiting the Chapel Hill/Carrboro area.

First time visiting Carrboro, came to a show at Cat’s Cradle. This hotel shares a parking garage with the music venue, so it was a very convenient location. I felt extremely safe, only traveling with my teenage daughter. The hotel was clean, offering Lysol wipes available for the public’s use. All staff we encountered were super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were quiet and clean, the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was nice, offered a nice variety that satisfied even the picky eater my teenager is. I would not hesitate to recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone coming into town. (As a side note, there is several pokestops you can access from the room!)

Went to a concert at Cat's Cradle. We selected this hotel because of the ratings and the proximity to the venue. Just a very short walk. We felt safe in the area. Lots of walkable restaurants within the parking area. Great parking garage and relatively inexpensive for overnight stay. Absolutely would recommend this place!
