Tired hotel in a decent location, but it’s best attribute was it’s price in relation to other options. Walking distance to fast food. Furnishings need updated badly, but breakfast was good and the bed comfortable. Good value for the price.
Overall a Good Stay, But Some issues

A decent Hampton Inn and in a great location for Dignity Health Sports Park. I’m giving the review three stars for two reasons: a) the internet was virtually nonexistent during our stay - we both had to rely on cellular data while in our room; b) surly front desk staff - I wanted to use the fitness center, and the hotel is hanging on to an appointment system from the height of COVID. The front desk attendant acted like I was making her push a boulder up a mountain to check her fitness center appointment clipboard, and then went to great lengths to keep me from working out, even though the fitness center was empty, because I didn’t have an appointment (weird that they still have this policy, because they are back to serving breakfast in the lobby).

I had a wonderful time at this hotel! Everyone was exceptionally nice and thoughtful! I hope I get to stay here again.!!! My room was spotless, the entire staff was very nice and accommodating! My room was quiet and peaceful.!!!
Worst breakfast hospitality

Lisa the Asian breakfast lady is rude and she will reach over to fix something without saying excuse me or use her MANNERS! she has the worst ATTITUDE and needs to switch departments or even leave the premises because the Hilton stands for Hospitality Integrity Leadership Teamwork Ownership Now. Lisa needs to be removed from any HILTON property because she doesn’t have any of those ASPECTS. Just rudeness and self centered.

The rooms were clean. The food was ok. I wished the back door would have been locked at night. There was security present at the hotel. It is located around several restaurants and good access to the interstates. The staff is friendly.
