Terrible customer service and MANAGEMENT is AWFUL

Called to make a reservation, asked from the start to use points. They can't do this but I didn't know that. Three times in the conversation I mentioned using my points. They assured me that was happening. They charged my card anyway, and now them, NOR Marriott is willing to change it back to points. The manager did call but was condescending and insisted her employees were so well trained they would have never had made that mistake. A simple apology recognizing they couldn't do anything at that point would have gone a lot better for customer satisfaction. Terrible experience all around by the hotel and by Marriott corporate.
Loud and uncomfortable

All I look for in a hotel is a good and quiet night of sleep. I didn’t get this here. It was not possible to turn off the AC fan in the room. It was loud and aimed directly at the bed, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. We were on the 6th floor and could hear all kinds of buzzing and zooming and vibrations from equipment on the roof. I didn’t sleep well at all, and for this reason cannot recommend the hotel.
Great stay for business and family trips

The Hotel is beautifully located with everything available within walking distance. A Target, Starbucks and lots of variation of food options nearby. Close to the city centre. Hotel has ample space for meeting. Staffs are very cordial. Room sizes are big.

We were in town for an event in Greensboro, and we decided to stay an hour away at this location. The minute we walked in it smelled so great, reminded us of a Starwood property, and glad they have the. scents like all SPG hotels always have, now that they are one brand. The rooms are clean, new & large - ( we had a corner room). The staff was very extremely friendly & helpful. The lobby was great! We hung out for hours and played games, had a drink, and ordered door dash. The only downfall was that the food selection at the hotel was not good for dinner or breakfast. We ordered out, but there are plenty of places to walk to get food. For breakfast they were out of cream cheese, almond milk, etc.. so we had to walk to Panara or Starbucks each morning. The AC in the room was a little loud, but the comfort of the bed made up for the sound. Overall this was a fantastic courtyard Marriott.
Pay Attention To Your Customers

I tried to give this hotel another chance. However, customer service is still a problem. I've been traveling for years. I told the lady at the front desk to check me out of the previous day so I could check back in under a new reservation. I didn't extend my day because some of the properties don't know how to correctly do this without creating a billing issue. The lady still ended up doing it the wrong way. It normally takes 2days max to get my incidentals back. Its going on 10days now, and my money is still holding. I knew exactly what she did wrong, and it triggered my bank. The people working the front desk need to pay attention to the customer because yall do not know it all. Especially when it's a traveling customer like me with a 10 year Titanium Elite Member Status. I know exactly what I'm talking about; I've experienced it all with the Marriott brand. Also, Marriott should stop incentives holds for Titanium and up members. Also, I was wiping down my room and dropped my wipe behind the dresser. I pulled it out, and it was disgusting. The housekeepers definitely don't clean behind them. The housekeepers at this property are also rude. I'm not complaining about the property because it's updated interior and exterior is nice. It's the people working here that's bringing down this property. To whomever in charge of this property, definitely need to get your staff together. It's definitely not a good look for the Marriott brand.
