Wonderful stay and can't wait to return!!
We stayed this past month with our two boys and had a wonderful experience. The staff, food, and accommodations were wonderful. The only negatives were the shower in our bathroom was quite small and the floor in our suite was black so it showed a lot of scratches. We can't wait to go back!!!
Very pleasant experience
Cary, NC is a charming town. The Mayton was a very nice hotel, clean and a friendly staff. We were disappointed that there was no coffee machine in our room and the shower pressure was a little weak. I would still recommend it to friends and family.
Exceptional stay at The Mayton
My husband and I were in Cary for a family event. After a lot of research on the web, I picked The Mayton. I was looking for a place that would be peaceful, clean, offer a comfortable bed and offer a nice breakfast. Our stay was everything that I hoped for. Great staff. Very clean. Comfortable bed. I loved the smell of bath soaps. Breakfast - I had the black bean and brown rice bowl. My husband had the waffle. Exceptional food, exceptional service. There are great finds within walking distance from the hotel - little micro pubs, bistros, coffee shop, fresh local ice cream shop. The front desk staff were a great help to point us in the right direction to what was available in the area. There is a train that passes through the night, on close by tracks and blows it's whistle, but, I found that to add to the experience not detract.
Best place to stay in Cary NC
The atmosphere, the decor- Art Deco, the guest rooms, the team, the food- all worth experiencing. I come to Cary frequently and choose to stay here because when I stay in a place, I want it to feel like home- warm, inviting, safe. I find all this here. I will also tell you that their food is excellent! Just a tip- try their shrimp and grits!
Wonderful place to spend the night!
The Mayton Inn is a beautiful and clean establishment. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. Our room was absolutely wonderful! We ate dinner and breakfast at The Verandah, and both meals were delicious.
