After our stay at Quality Inn Casa Grande I-10, seeing a sign for a Quality Inn makes us cringe. Our room #115 was not on the pool side of the building and was A DOG... ruff ruff ruff! The carpeting was so filthy we wore our shoes the entire stay so as to not touch the carpet with bare feet. The walls were dirty and in need of fresh paint. The couch was also dirty and stained. On the positive side, each employee we encountered was helpful and pleasant. The breakfast area and food available were very nice. The bed was comfortable and clean.
I hope you love COCKROACHES!!!

This hotel is absolutely filthy and members of management are total scam artists. My wife and I hard two rooms booked for one night for ourselves and my parents. We had driven 6 hours to Casa Grande from New Mexico to photograph my parents house to get it ready to sell. We had planned to stay the night as 12+ hours in a car in one day is a lot for two octogenarians. We checked in and were in a rush to get to the house as we had an appointment time with the renters so we quickly tossed our bags in my parents room and left. We didn't go in to our room as the cleaners were still in there getting it turned over. Upon returning 90 minutes later we grabbed our bags from my parents room and went to ours. My wife went in first as she had to use the restroom and didn't pay attention to anything. I walked in and immediately noticed something moving on the floor. I kicked it out side as it was a little too dark without the lights on to indetify the bug and noticed that it was a cockroach. I went next door and grabbed my farther and asked him to check it out just to make sure. He confirmed it was a cockroach as well. At this point my wife comes out of the bathroom and asks what we were looking at so we show her. Like my father and I, she was grossed out. We went back in to the room and proceeded to find FOURTEEN MORE cockroaches, some dead and some alive. My parents saw 5 or 6 in their room. We all grabbed our bags, threw them in the car, and drove back around to the office. My moterh and wife went inside to inform the hotel that we would not be staying and asked for a refund. After they told the woman behind the counter about the current occupants of the room she argued with them that "Those are crickets." First of all, this means that they know that the rooms are infested with insects. Second, you can not confuse a cricket for a cockroach! She reluctantly said she would not process the credit card charge. My mother and wife, being trusting people, believed this was settled and left. Instead of staying we drove the 6 hours back to New Mexico. Fast forward two weeks and the hotel charge still shows as pending on the credit card statement. This isn't uncommon so we waited for it to drop off. Finally the charge processed and we were billed for the two nights! When my wife checked her Choice Hotels account, it shows that we stayed the night and checked out the next morning at 11:37. My mother tried calling the hotel multiple times to speak to someone about it, but she gets the run around and everyone says "I'm not authorized to handle this situation." Now we are at the point of calling Choice Hotels and inquiring about the charge and what we need to do to get it back. Choice Hotels says that they need to speak to the hotel manager about the situation, but like us, management will not talk to them either. They say that this has to be settled with the individual hotel and that they cannot refund the money. Our only option now is reviews of this filthy hotel and dishonest staff and distuputing the charge with our credit card company. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
Will never stay at a quality inn again

Room was dirty & smelled. There were dead & live crickets in my room & my friends. The carpet was filthy & the air was not working in the room. This isn’t a place you would ever want to stay. Quality Inns are out for me.
Disgusting and they don't care.

The absolute worst place we have ever stayed in our lives. The urine surrounding the toilet and on the toilet was absolutely disgusting. First they gave us the keys to someone else's room. Then they gave us the keys to a room where the toilet was outside the door in the yard. Then they gave us the key to the one with the filthy dirty urine and dirt all around the bottom of the toilet and on the floor disgusting they were painting in the room next door We couldn't even breathe. They gave us our fourth room and it was no better than the others disgusting I put blankets on everything We were hot tired We stayed the night without touching a flipping thing disgusting.
Really Close to Awful

There are few hotels in Casa Grande. This is the one to avoid. The lobby is nice, but the rest of the place is a study in amateur maintenance and poor hospitality. The room smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. There was a remote in a plastic sleeve. It wouldn't turn on the TV. I called the front desk and the clerk said sometimes they don't have remotes for the televisions, just the cable box, so I needed to find the power switch. I couldn't find it, so he had to come up and show me a switch on the back of the TV slightly larger than a grain of rice. He also told me that the only volume controls were similar switches. So to turn on or off the TV, or change the volume, I was worse off than with a 1973 set. The door had a large gap underneath, which insects use as a highway. The bathroom threshold strip is tacked down with deck screws, so wear your shoes or risk lacerating your foot. The shower curtain rod had been pulled from the wall, so it was re-mounted about 5 inches from the shower head. If you like the shower curtain draping you, you're in luck. The toilet had an ugly yellow ring around it on the floor. There was an empty Kleenex box turned backward in the wall holder. There was soap residue on the shower shelf. If the floor had been vacuumed, it's time to buy an new one. Never again.
