Refreshing break in beautiful surroundings

Staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The location although on the edge of Cascais was great. Just down the corner and to the left 5 minutes from the hotel there were lively wee restaurants. The receptionist gives us lots of ideas and suggestions on things to do which was off great help. It's fantastic when someone who knows the area points out what is worth doing especially if you have limited time.
Overall a great visit!

Modern hotel, nice pool and 20 min walk from centre of cascais (or 5 min Uber). The service we had was exceptional, the staff are very friendly. Particularly Andre, offered support in what to do where to go and was overall just a brilliant host. Breakfast was also included if you booked on the website so that was a bonus and it was decent quality! Only downside was the electronics in the room, it seemed like the light switches had a mind of their own in terms of what they wanted to turn on/off/even work at all. Very frustrating having to press the bathroom light 5/6 times to get it to go on but it may have just been our room. I would recommend the Ocean view rooms 100%.
Modern rooms, bad breakfast coffee

We stayed in September for 5 days. Hotel is modern. Nice and wenn equipped rooms. Staff is very friendly. They manage to work & clean subject to Covid requirements - great plus. Hotel has a small pool (we used) and a bar (we didn't use). Breakfast is also OK. To complain mainly about the coffee, which wasn't great at all. Small improvements would make the experience good.
Good Hotel, small improvement needed

This is a newish hotel only constructed in 2017. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the centre of Cascais or 35 if you prefer to walk by the Sea. It’s a quite hotel, not many people stay around the pool during the day so from a COVID point of view, we felt very safe. The staff are very attentive and it’s very well maintained and clean to a high standard. We had breakfast included and although we were not extremely unhappy, a few little attention to details would bring everything up a notch. Breads, fruits, juices, coffees, croissants etc were perfect. The hot food choices are limited and even scrambled eggs that had just come out of the kitchen were not hot. No butter was available on 2 consecutive mornings. Whatever about the first morning but for it to happen on the second morning was careless. A little more variety with the cold hams and cheese would not go astray. I am glad that we did not opt for the half board option. The bar closes at 10 pm so even a night cap is not available. Despite the few items above, we enjoyed our stay. It’s well located particularly if you enjoy a walk and it’s just a €4 taxi to town centre. They allowed us a late checkout free of charge which was nice.
We loved it!

We stayed for 2 nights just before xmas 2020. We were on the 5th floor with great views. The room, staff, service, everything was excellent. It is a 20minute walk into the town but it's worth the walk from the hotel and turning right out of the hotel takes you to the wonderful Casa da Guia with loads of restaurants and some independent shops. There are 2 spaces for disabled drivers directly outside the hotel, sadly . able bodied guests were keen to use them at times. This is no criticism of the staff in anyway,, it was beyond their control.
