Nice Location, Shame about the Irish Bar next door.

The view from our room was simply beautiful and we really enjoyed waking up to the sunrise from our room. Our room 235-7 was very comfortable and was only let down by the close proximity of the Irish bar next door that plays live music from 10pm-2am. It was so loud it sounded like they were in our room, I suggest if your on this side of the hotel you ask to move or get industrial strength earplugs. We did complain to the front desk about this the next morning to be met with one of the staff saying this is the centre of Cascais what do you expect, not very helpful by any means, another member of staff did offer to refund the rest of our stay if we wanted to move to another hotel or they could move us to 2 separate rooms at the hotel but this wasn't ideal for us as a family as we were only there for a long weekend. The breakfast at the hotel was nice, they did cooked breakfast and also had fruit, cereals and tea/coffee facility's.

Afternoon coffee with Desert Médiocre expérience. Their 3 chocolate cake was subpar. So was the service, we had to try multiple times to get the waiters’ attention. Not to be recommended. Especially not on a Sunday afternoon. Needs improvement
A perfectly located gem!

Comfortable room with a balcony and an amazing view of the bay and coastline. Courteous staff, and a lovely restaurant with ample outdoor seating. Perfectly located and convenient to sights and the train station. Highly recommended!
Great location and hotel with fantastic staff

The hotel far exceeded our expectations for 3 star. Fantastic location overlooking town beach. Lovely staff. The sea view rooms have small balconies and plenty of sun. Lovely to sit out and read and watch the world go buy. I guess at height of summer bit noisy but doors are well soundproofed. Air con very efficient. Sea view room was ok size - nice walk in shower- all modern. The rooms on the other side of hotel overlook the restaurants and I guess pretty noisy at height of season. Better to have rooms in higher floors maybe. Breakfast was excellent- couldn’t fault. Staff lovely in bar and restaurant- very friendly. Drinks for expensive but normal for hotel. Great spot for sitting outside for drinks and meal. We had one dinner and 2 lunches there - couldn’t fault at all. Pool is fairly small but does what it needs. Would certainly go back to the hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Well-located, medium-sized hotel

Enjoyable stay, close to the beach, in a sea-view room. Outlook magical. Rooms quite simple and mattresses a little hard. Bathrooms slightly dated and without extractor fans. Great location can be marred by tourist noise and boy racers, but sound proof balcony doors and moderately good air con available. Breakfast good, but coffee could be improved. Rooftop pool and deck a delight. Friendly and efficient front desk.
