Llegué a Catanzaro sin reserva a las 9 de la noche y encontré este lugar para dormir con mi familia Buena atencion. Limpio. Honesto. Personal amigable y colaborador. Habitaciones amplias. El desayuno lo llevan a la habitacion y es bastante sencillo. El precio se negocia en el front desk.

Un hotel fantástico, con excelentes habitaciones, espaciosas y muy bien amuebladas, limpisimo. Capítulo aparte merece la atención del personal, todo el personal. Siempre atentos, dispuestos a ayudar, a dar información, a solucionar todos los problemas. Excelente desayuno! Y el fabuloso y delicioso café Guglielmo, un express que no tiene comparación. Hemos visitado numerosos hoteles, pero en éste realmente encontramos una atención que nos hizo sentir como en casa. Tan bien nos sentimos que modificamos nuestro itinerario para pasar la última noche en Italia en el Guglielmo! Recomendamos ampliamente este hotel! Y agradecemos a todo el personal su eficiencia y profesionalismo, pero sobre todo su vocación de servicio y su calidez.

Noisy neighbourhood, terrible so-called SPA

Yeap, the so called SPA was the first shock about the hotel, especially last his was one of the reasons we have booked it. It had very little to offer and it was extremely small. basically two people was already crowd. Than, the first evening we started to observe hundreds of teenagers slowly taking over the square around the hotel. The party continued till late night, day after day. And it was cold March... Apart from the square with hundreds of teenagers there is nothing interesting in the neighbourhood. We had hard time to find restaurant with eatable food... Rooms are very nice size, well done and clean, however lack of cattle to boil water is irritating, especially to those who don't wake up without coffee. Good internet connection is worth noting along with bad breakfast with little choices. There is no personnel speaking English. You would say it is normal in Calabria, but is it really acceptable in a place which wants to be 4* boutique hotel???

I spent 4 nights at this beautiful hotel. Despite the fact that the hotel is located in the noisy central area and very close to the space where young people hangs around, the apartment was quiet and I slept very, very well. The apartment was modern, large and very clean, with the big bathroom. I also tried food from the restaurant and it was delicious! The staff was very professional! The spa is amazing... Turkish bathroom, Jacuzzi, Massage, Salt room... This is excellent business hotel I really enjoyed to stay there! All recommendations!

Good hotel in a very noisy area

Just spent 3 nights at this hotel, and while it was convenient for our daily travels in and around Calabria, we found it to be situated in a very noisy part of the city. Large groups of young adults hang out at night very close to the hotel, and make a lot of noise. The breakfast was good, not great, and the daily maid service was excellent, as were the linens! A good hotel, but nothing to write home about.
