Muito agradável a experiência que tivemos neste Hotel. Ótima localização.. Ótimo custo-benefício Limpo, apartamento amplos, camas confortáveis, Ótimo cafe da manhã. Funcionários gentis e atenciosos. Super recomendo.

Boas acomodações e atendimento, mas peca pela pobreza franciscana do café da manhã. Pão velho, queijo de má qualidade. Sem ovos, salsichas, sem torradeira, e por aí afora! A Serra gaúcha é conhecida pela gastronomia, o hotel não pode esquecer disso.

Pelo preço que paguei foi um bom custo beneficio. Bom café da manhã, estacionamento livre sem catracas em funcionamento. Quarto amplo com cozinha mas com carpete (ao qual não acho higienico). Esperava mais por ser 4 estrelas. Queriam cobrar valor superior do que reservei no booking, tentaram no check in e no check out. Ar central muito quente.
