Un hotel pequeño, limpio, con habitaciones muy comodas y amplias, buenos banos y excelente trato del personal del hotel.
Si busca venir a Juárez, no lo dude un Segundo, es sin duda alguna el mejor lugar para venir.
El Hotel es nuevo y espero que lo conserven con este grado de limpieza y conservación. Hoy por hoy, no hay otro mejor que Courtyard Marriott.

Es un hotel nuevo, las habitaciones muy cómodas. El servicio del personal es excelente, desde que llegas a realizar tu check in. La comida del restaurante me pareció de muy buen sabor, no tuve oportunidad de probar el desayuno, aunque escuche buenas críticas también. Hay un grupo que ameniza por las noches en el restaurante que toca muy bien y hace amena tu estancia en esa zona. No es un hotel económico, pero si vale la pena por lo que pagas, todo es nuevo!!

If you are in Juarez, you should really consider this hotel, it has all the services you need and it is close to everything
A olace tonrest very well and you will feel safe

José Barraza, Jesús Medina & Jaime ESTRADA provided a professional clean enlightened environment as my wife and I enjoyed our twentieth wedding anniversary
The room is mega cool with the Marriott quality seal but also a revamped architectural environment. My only suggestion is that management considers providing complimentary toothbrushes & toothpaste as well as conditioner as only shampoo was in stock at the shower
Bed and a/c system mega cool
Maybe another attendant at front desk at peak hours such as 7pm to avoid having a 15min check in wait time wouldn’t hurt either

We stayed here at the beginning of March. We had a trip planned for 2 weeks in Ciudad Juarez. We choose this hotel because it looked nicer than the rest in the area. The room was decent, for the most part it was clean. They advertise free shuttle but what they don’t tell you is that they rent the shuttle to other companies so availability is super limited.. so do not rely on this for transportation. They have a washer and dryer but it’s only 1 for the entire hotel and they kept malfunctioning so don’t rely on this either to keep your clothes clean.
The worst part about our stay:
We were at the hotel when we started receiving reports about Corona Virus and how this will most likely affect travel. We are from Washington so we were one of the first states affected by this pandemic. We knew we needed to act fast and try to return home.. we had 7 nights left at the hotel. We booked thru Priceline. We called them to get an early checkout because we were afraid to not be able to return home if we stayed longer. They said they would contact the hotel to get approval. This is where everything got super frustrating.
Mr Antonio Flores is the hotel manager. He was unavailable the day they tried to contact him and the next day also. Priceline said they will continue trying.. we checked out the following day which meant 6 nights went unused. I was not able to speak to Mr Flores despite many phone calls and emails. He never reached back to me.
My husband decided to leave a review of our experience at which point Mr Flores emailed back, I called him that day (7 days after my initial attempt to speak with him) and he answered. He assured me he would take care of the refund. He said he would send me an email (never did) since then I have attempted multiple times to get my money back, and every time I speak with Mr Flores he lies to me saying he is processing it.
Is now the end of April and I am still waiting to see a penny! I really do not appreciate how Mr Flores thinks is ok to lie to me repeatedly. Priceline send me an email saying they did not get approval from the hotel so they won’t refund my money! Just what I need in the middle of this crisis. For a huge chain of hotels to feel is ok to keep my money.
