Welcome to the old times!
Small hotel with restaurant in the center of a small historical town. The interior of the hotel refers to the old times, everything is clean and stylish. The staff is friendly, the beds are comfortable, but try to avoid sleeping in rooms with windows to the street, it can be very noisy.
Great hotel with excellent service
Lord Nelson Inn was one of the best hotels on our South Africa trip in December/January. The service was brilliant and we felt heartly welcome. Great room with balcony and a view on the bay. The breakfast was delicious and the building has a lot if historic charme. It is a great place to stay for visits at Cape of Good Hope and the penguin colony. Thank you for hosting us!
Lord Nelson visit
Decent pub in the main street in Simon's Town. Pub was affected by the electricity shortages but the landlady found some candles for us! Reasonable pub bar with sports TVs. We went out to eat so the only food we had was a cooked breakfast which was good. plenty of interesting nautical memorabilia around the pub.
Lovely historic hotel with a lot of charm
We enjoyed our stay. Loved the location not far from Boulders beach and the room was clean. Breakfast was good. Although at first we were not comfortable with parking outside, we were comforted that the location was safe.
Lord NeLson One-nighter
This was our 2nd stay in this quaint hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed. This time we were booked into a different room but it was just as comfortable as the previous one. Service was great - staff friendly, efficient and professional As Arnold says, We'll be back !!!
