Delightful stay
The hotel staff are top notch, the rooms are very comfortable, the gardens are magnificent and the pool is huge and relaxing. All this is topped off with spectacular views of Table Mountain and the hotel is very close to the botanical gem which is Kirstenbosch. The hotel is simply a great spot to unwind in luxury!
Lackluster welcome
The Vineyard is one of my favorite hotels in South Africa, with the best views, food and service at both restaurants. The only downfall would be the rude security who are first to greet you. Perhaps it might be wise to assign the greeting role to those with adequate customer service skills and understanding.
Best high tea with exquisite mountain views
Had high tea with family. From the moment we stopped, we were welcomed by the over friendly, Ikraan at the main entrance. The gentleman's friendy disposition made the long drive all the more worth it. The hotel was exquisite views of table mountain and situated in a huge lush garden. The items on the high tea was outstanding and the service just as good. Highly recommendable.
Enchanting hotel close to the table mountain
We had a wonderful stay in this big but cozy and enchanting hotel. The place is truly amazing with a perfect situation very close to Table Mountain. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is as good as possible. The staff is ok. There is two turtles in the garden, so cute !!
They got it right !
What an experience! Well impressed with their Covid health and safety protocols. We enjoyed the food, the gardens, and the room. Breakfast was fantastic and a walk in the gardens during meeting breaks helps with reflecting and really inspirational. Well done to the team and see you next year!
