A wonderful place to stay--!! A beautiful, elegant, and wonderfully maintained Inn. 100% recommend. The hosts have thought of everything, and our stay could not have been better. The outside patio/sitting area is charming.

Home away from home

My family and I stayed at the Champaign Garden Inn recently and enjoyed it very much. We booked the Santa Barbara and San Francisco rooms. Both rooms are spacious and well furnished. We had some down time on this trip and used the front room and parlor as well. Thank you for the cupboard of games, we used a couple of them. One family member was able to do her online schooling without any troubles. It was nice to be in a home rather than confined to a hotel room. This is my second stay at the Champaign Garden Inn and I enjoyed it just as much on the second visit. We all enjoyed visits by Rolley the newest inn dog.

This place is wonderful, especially if you're looking to get away from the standard hotel room. This place has a lot of character! The owner is wonderful and takes very good care of the property, from making sure it's extremely clean to putting up season decorations. There was also a VERY wide range of items to choose from for Breakfast as well.

Rooms were very comfy. Water was hot and good pressure for an old home. Outside area needs attention. Patio table and umbrella too dirty to sit at. Not really a breakfast! Never saw or heard the dogs.

Can't call it a breakfast

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The common areas were delightful and the location was perfect. However, none of this could overcome the "Convenience Store" quality of breakfast. Everything offered for breakfast came out of plastic wrap or was heated in a microwave. There were no local pastries or fresh made hot options.
