Excellent service by Jonathan. My family was stranded due to flight cancellations and Jonathan offered us hot cocoa and was very patient with us during a very stressful time. I appreciate his patience and understanding during this time. This is a good employee! Please recognize his service. He also assisted other families during this storm.

Close to airport, with shuttle. Close to stadium, we too shuttle , train and bus so no parking hassle for the football game. Staff was friendly and very helpful especial Cole and Jonathan. We will be back!

Horrible night and management

As a Bonvoy Gold member, I stayed here for one night between flights with an early morning checkout 5:00AM. When I arrived, my room was 85 degrees. I set the air-con and turned it off when I went to sleep. Woke up 3AM and room was 85 degrees. Broken HVAC system was emitting heat at a low setting. Too late to switch rooms. I contacted the general manager 3 times and asked for a price adjustment or 10K points. GM does not respond. I guess the GM is a GM in name only. Take the money and run. Very insulting treatment to me as a Bonvoy Gold member. If you stay here and have problems, don't expect any restitution or apology. Worst treatment I have ever experienced from Marriott.

Amazing Experience

I stayed here and had a work program/conference room with multiple associates take part. From start to end it was a fantastic experience. Sue was perfect, so great at her job. She literally helped me with every aspect of booking the rooms, holding the reception, and the actual program in the conference. She had top communication and customer service. Highly recommended!

Being a lifetime titanium member I have had the opportunity to stay at many Marriott properties at all levels. The previous reviews are accurate. Karina at the front desk was delightful and helpful. The hotel common areas and our room were very clean. The hotel was quiet and there was ample parking. For a one night stay before heading to the airport for an early flight it hit all the boxes. Thank you for showing that a Marriott property can still provide the quality that a customer expects.
