We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the location is great, the breakfast yummy, especially the cheese! We were traveling by public transport and the hotel is only a short walk from the railway station.

Spacious rooms, excellent location, very clean, parking within Hotel premises, very near to GStaad, lots of place to go hiking and walking, very near to COOP, very near to lots of restaurants, near to a castle and great view from the castle

Dirty rooms, overloaded plugs, shower that did not work properly and basic food, drinks expensive and small. No tea/coffee facilities, no lift and generally poor standard throughout, certainly not 3 star! On the plus side the staff were great.

The rooms are very spacious and kind of a rustic way. The beds are quite comfy and there is everything required inside the room. The pool and facilités in general are also great and definitely worth a visit. The reception lady could definitely be a bit friendlier. Seems customers are just a transaction. But also seems it is like that in the whole village

A chalet style hotel. Rooms are basic but very clean. Comfortable bed. Great WiFi service (very fast). Free breakfast. Easy parking (at least during the summer). This is the off-season for the hotel so very quiet.
