In the vicinity of public transportation, a good hotel. Clean and well equipped room, comfortable bed. Check-in was a bit long because the officer was also very busy with the bar. I skipped breakfast, too expensive.

Very clean, quiet and the staff is very welcoming. Every measure is taken so as to prevent guest to guest contamination. They also make it easy to respect the before-dinner-time curfew thanks to partnerships with delivrering restaurants. They provide plates and cutlery for your dinner. Very practical. Thank you!

People hanging up on the phone when they realize that you don't speak French. I tried calling them multiple times but nothing changes. I would not recommend this hotel or the staff to anybody. Feel free to make your own impression through

This is a good hotel and well placed for all local amenities with a bus stop to the metro just outside and a supermarket next door. Although busy, it was never rushed or noisy and has the most convenient car parking facilities in the basement.

Located in a quiet area, the room was clean and had everything we needed including a kettle. Unfortunately however the air conditioning did not work and pumped out hot air and opening the window meant you were kept awake by the ever changing sound of the other air conditioning or heating units. This meant we did not get a very good nights sleep. When we reported it to the staff at check out the next morning they told us we should have read the notice on how to use the air con, when we told them we had and it did not work they just shrugged. I suggested that this along with the blocked shower should be look at before the next guest arrived the response was another shrug. Sorry I did try for the next guests in Room 609. The only member of staff who appeared to enjoy his job and made our evening meal a pleasant experience was the gentleman in the restaurant, he was very helpful and attentive and deserves a medal.
