The Perfect Stay
I stopped off for one night at Gordon's on my way down to Newquay for a family holiday and it was a lovely start to the trip! From the moment the car pulled up until the moment I checked out I felt extremely at home and comfortable. It's a very welcoming place, very comfortable and very friendly. I would compare it to staying with family. The room was fantastic and breakfast in the morning was delicious. It set me up perfectly for a walk around the gorge before heading down to Newquay. I would highly recommend staying at Gordons and I certainly hope to find myself back there again in the future. Thank you!
Amazing as usual
Once again a lovely stay at Gordon’s B&B, everything was top quality and very COVID friendly, both staff and owners couldn’t do anymore to make your stay more enjoyable or safe in the current environment and will return soon Thanks
Super little hotel
From the moment we arrived we felt sure we’d made a good choice for accommodation in Cheddar, and we were proved right. The buildings, grounds and pool area were immaculately maintained. Our room was spacious, airy and, above all, very clean. The owners, an extremely nice couple, were attentive, helpful and friendly. Breakfast each day was excellent with perfectly poached eggs and, unusually, everything was nice and hot. COVID-19 precautions were also very good, with even the waiting staff at breakfast wearing visors and gloves.
Spotlessly clean
We stayed here for one night in order to meet our family who were staying nearby. Every thing was clean and tidy, the bed was a bit hard, however you cannot please everyone. The breakfast was excellent and hot.
This is the place to stay
If your looking for a BnB close to Cheddar Gorge then this is the place for you. Lovely warm welcome from the owner. We only had an overnight stay but if we were to visit the area again we would choose to stay here. Our room was spotless! We had a lovely view over the garden and pool. Breakfast was excellent 🥓👍
