great staff, lovely location, new hotel,
Stayed ay the Holiday Inn Express in June 21, the staff went above and beyond from the beginning, so polite and helpful. The bar is bright and brand new and the rooms are a good size and spotlessly clean. Due to unexpected circumstances we didnt end up staying the 2 nights we had booked, only one, but the staff went out of their way to make sure I didn't pay for the second night and helped me with my luggage whilst I had 2 children in tow. The general manager is very accommodating and if you have any problems you can call them and speak to a person rather than a computer message. Will definitely visit them again.
Reasonably priced hotel in centre of Cheltenham
Had a lovely stay at the holiday in express. Nice rooms, comfy beds, and a good breakfast. However, the receptionist was simply the best. Her name was Paulina and she was helpful, professional and made us feel so welcome. IHG should make her a manager she was totally on the ball!
excellent 3 nights stay
excellent location, clean, fabulous breakfast, rooms are clean, gorgeous bathroom, cant fault anything it was amazing. would highly recommend, we stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. close to everything.

Very good value for money hotel nice comfortable room and very clean Nice breakfast with outside seating as well. Nice bar area with good selection of beer We will stay again also brilliant location and 25% off the ncp car park. Lovely staff as well all in all brilliant.
Finishing my final year in University
Great hotel, 5 minutes from Pittville Park. Fitness club included which 3-5 minutes walk. Town centre maximum 10 min away. I love that holiday inn have these facilities near, it’s made my stay varied and enjoyable! It’s quiet around, my sleep was not disturbed. Friendly staff members, I had all help that I needed. Delicious breakfast. Professional cleaning service, always on time. I enjoyed my stay))
