Very friendly staff. Easy check in. Breakfast good. Inviting swimming pool and gym. The lockers in the changing rooms for the swimming pool could be better organised. I dont normally take a padlock on holidays with me for lockers so all the time my locker was unlocked.
Excellent Christmas Break

First impressions via a telephone call with Roisin regarding disabled parking could not have gone better and a disabled space was reserved for me on my arrival. Staying over the Christmas holiday was a great choice all the staff especially Jenny made the break all the more enjoyable. Covid restrictions wearing face masks and sanitiser stations throughout the hotel was very evident, the room was spacious with a comfortable bed and very well serviced so I slept very well. The food at every meal was excellent and I will certainly return. Wishing all the staff a healthy and wealthy 2022.

Stayed here a few times now for work and is centrally located, spacious parking and a warm welcome at reception. Breakfast is self service is all good and fresh with good selection of fruit, cereals and cooked items. Dinner I found has a very limited selection of choice and sometimes the food is very dried up. Overall though a great nights sleep, comfy beds and plenty of power in the showers which is the most important thing for me.
Good value, excellent service in restaurant

Good value break, only a couple of snags which I have pointed out. One was cooked breakfast could have been warmer. Other was there could have been seating in swimming pool/jacuzzi area as we had to sit on the floor whilst waiting for the jacuzzi to be free.

The whole experience ie our request for a room without too much walking the efficiency of the rewards team was marred only by the problem key ….such a shame. The key was kept away from other gadgets but did you work on check in and again on our return that evening Mu husband who has rheumatoid arthritis found the walk back and forth from reception to our room very painful - He eventually asked the receptionist to try …apparently the key was programmed to a different room. Our room was clean and comfortable and we would certainly make a return visit despite.
