In 2 days 4 workers walked in my room w/no knock. No locks on doors. Extra $30/night & I was “accidentally” charged $100

Sorry for the awful grammar in the title. They only allow a certain amount of words in the title. Where do I begin? I accidentally booked this hotel because the title says Binghamton Vestal. So even though I knew the hotel wasn't the greatest I had no choice because I paid the no-cancellation price. I get there and check in and they overcharged me by $30 a night! So I ask the guy why it's so much and he says oh it will get fixed. I think the absolute most shocking thing is the fact that FOUR workers walked in my room throughout my two day stay. No knock, no hello, no call, literally just used their key and said oops. So four times my privacy was invaded. Then after all that I get charged with a $100 fee. I called the front desk asking about it and the ridiculously rude lady had an attitude because I wanted to speak with the manager (It's been a week and I still haven't talked to the manager). So yesterday I call yet again to speak with the manager and a front desk person answers and I tell her what happened because they refuse to just take your name and number and then she calls me back and says "I spoke with the workers. They said they called and knocked several times before walking in". If they didn't know I was in the room why would they call and knock? The funniest part is the phone was broken and they were aware of it. Two of the employees wouldn't have said "oops didn't know anyone was in here" if they called and knocked. I literally have never had such an awful hotel and customer service experience in my life. I honestly was so shocked when the fourth person walked in my room I just laughed. Also, only one person was housekeeping. They tried using that excuse too but housekeeping doesn't clean rooms at 2AM, 5AM, and 8AM especially when someone's in the room. Oops, almost forgot, the reason they were able to walk in my room with no knock or anything is because there doors don't have top locks. Everyone has always known that hotel is shady but good lord that's a whole other type of hotel! I took a picture of everything and thankfully recorded too so they can't say the pictures are fake.

Stayed here for two months as part of my 1 year tour of local hotels for our mybroome.com website. Terrible attitude by staff, horrible experience and definately not representative of the Quality Inn Brand.Corporate needs to stop in and make some changes. Front desk manager is just awful...

This is located not far off of Rt 81, which made it a convenient stop for our long drive. The hotel is dated but clean, safe and inexpensive. WiFi included. Fridge and microwave in the room. Breakfast was pre-made eggs and sausage, bread, muffins and a waffle maker, along with cereal fruit and yogurt. Coffee and tea available all day. A good stop for one night.

It needs renovation. It is ok for 1 night. Wifi didn't work at the room. It had two bathroom and one of them the shower didn't work. No pool. The price was ok. It is 10 minutes driving to Binghamton University.

We stayed here for Binghamton university family weekend. Booked ca little later than most people so we had limited options. I chose this location bc they advertised free wifi. Our toilet ran all night long. They came to fix it, it stopped. Next time we flushed, the same problem again. The was no internet. We went to front desk for assistance. Thirty gave me 800# for tech support. Called tried all suggestions to no avail. The room was small. Needs updating but if the toilet wasn't running constantly and wifi worked, it wouldn't bother me as much. I would only return if no other rooms were available elsewhere
