The event planning staff at the Swissotel is top notch. Everything was perfect for our organization's meeting and luncheon. They were so accommodating through the whole process and made my first time coordinating this event so much easier. I cannot say enough good things about Kristine Mei. She was incredibly responsive to all of my requests leading up to and the day of the event, and her thoroughness put me at ease that the day would go off without a hitch and that I was in great hands. CJ, our on-site coordinator was phenomenal and was on top of everything. They set up a text chain on the day of our event that made it super easy and convenient to reach out if we needed assistance. Kudos to all of the staff involved in our event. I look forward to working with them again on next year's event! I'm truly impressed with the staff at the Swissotel Chicago. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to host a corporate or personal event.
Great stay and location!

I stayed at the Swisstotel for a professional conference. The rooms were clean, the view was great and it's conveniently located in the heart of Chicago! Super easy to book rooms online as well. There was also a fast checkout option so we didn't have to wait online for checkout.
It was well located.

The hotel was clean and the employees were pleasant. I came downtown with my three daughters to have a festive holiday. I called two times before our stay to make sure we would have two rooms that joined. One of the times I talked to an employee she stated it would be one room with two beds and the other room with a King bed. Informed her that would not work, because I did not think one of my daughters would want to sleep with me. She put me on hold and stated she would talk to someone. She came back and stated don't worry we took care of it. I asked her what did that mean and she said don't worry. I thought may be she upgraded us to a different room. I trusted her. When we came to the hotel and checked in, I was informed we had a room that joined, but one room king size bed and the other room with two beds. I informed them that is not what I was suppose to get. I explained what I was told. I was told that they could give me a roll away bed and send cake up to us for the problem. A roll away bed never came and I had to sleep with one of my daughters. There were four of us and they sent only two pieces of cake. I did not call and complain, because I was there to enjoy the time with my daughters. I was very disappointed with your hotel experience. I was not going to let it ruin our time together. When I was booking, I thought between your hotel and the London House. Next time I have to book, I will not go to your hotel. If anybody ask me about your hotel, I will tell them about the bad experience we had with you.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The first was pre covid but even in covid times, this hotel is incredible. Eddie at the bar is great and makes the place welcoming and social. 10/10 recommend!

As usual, my stay at the Swissotel was excellent. The staff was helpful and courteous starting with the bell hops and ending with my checkout. Due to COVID, cleaning wasn't done for short stays like mine. However, when I needed additional soap, I asked a maid in the hallway and she quickly gave me the soap I requested. I also called to check about checkout time and if my Accor # was associated with my stay. Once again, they were very professional. The only thing that bothered me was that there is a period from 10:30 to 11:30 am when food wasn't available in the 1st floor restaurant. Too late for breakfast and too early for lunch.
