Almost everything was fine. We just didn't find any channel with the TV guide so we decided to use our ChromeCast to watch Netflix, since the screen isn't a smartv, but we couldn't because the screen doesn't have any slots for HDMI so we watched Netflix from a tablet and sometimes it froze because the internet connection but honestly everything else was on point. So, no biggie.

Excellent Hotel!

This is an excellent hotel. It is my preferred choice when traveling to Chihuahua. I stay there at least 6 or 7 weeks per year since 2014 and it has always been a great experience. Most of times I travel for business, but i have stayed with my family a couple of times and they love the hotel pool and Jacuzzi areas.

In general, good hotel, fair price, just the people at the bar are not very service oriented (they keep on chatting with the reception clerks instead of servicing customers), other than that is a good experience in general

We decided to get a hotel room as it was getting dark and we were not sure of the roads. I booked this hotel online. We are not very fluent in Spanish and have been relying on the translate feature on our phones a lot. Waiting in line to check in I was thinking it might be very difficult as everyone was speaking so fast in Spanish. Worried needlessly as the whole staff at this hotel is able to speak in English. The front desk person told us there was a complimentary happy Hour going on in the breakfast area until 8 Pm. That was a bit of an understatement. There was beer, Wines and a selection of appetizers and food. Lasagna, fajitas, all kinds of salads and desserts, buns To many selections to list. The staff was all very helpful and polite. The rooms were spotless and very nice. Breakfast was once again included and was wonderful.

Everything was excellent like always! Rooms and exercise machines are great. Noteworthy is the good breakfast, especially with the service Josefina provided, she was very sweet and attentive to our needs, we give her five circles as well!
