This is my second time staying in this hotel from this year. I really like the first time i stayed here as their rooms are really good and huge space. There is also a dinner set table in the room and welcome cakes. The bed and pillows are very comfy. They have good size tv in the room and good lighting system. The people at the front desk are very helpful and like they did last time by arranging my laundry late at night past 10pm and manage to do it in just few hours. The offered also good breakfast and the hotel provides quality service. I will definitely come back and stay again in this hotel next time. They didn't disappoint me on my return. They have quality service and satisfying place to stay.

Reception is okay, house keeping/ room service - particularly amenities provision need to improved a lot ... Restaurant menu can be improved as well ...location is strategic. Room condition in overall okay.

Hotel with good ambience,various food, quite and clean enough, the staff also friendly. My family enjoyed to stay in there,especially the swimming pool is so lovable. Gonna back there for another trip.

The best 3 star hotel in town for now. Good location hotel. Few minutes to Alun-Alun, Train Station, Seaport and walking distance to Mini Market, Restaurants (Satay Tiga Saudara, Satay Marawi & Fried Chicken). My train arrived early morning so not sure can get early check in. Highly appreciated to Bpk Umar in front office to allow me early check in at 10.30am considering sleepless in the train. My room with twin bed is not ready yet but he offer me switch to another room with king bed. I am really impress with the solution. He also help me to get another 5 rooms for my Japanese guests (walk in reservation). He is very good guy, friendly and helpful. He allow me to late check out until 1.30pm considering my train to Jakarta at 2.30pm. The room is big for 3 star hotel with simple minimalist design. Bath room with shower. Standard toiletries provided like shower gel, shampoo, tooth brush & cotton bud (no hair dryer). Breakfast mix between western & traditional food. We can choose table in door for no smoking and outdoor for smoking (pool side). Will stay again for next visit to Cilacap.

Generally is very good room and clean. Very good breakfast and many foods varian. We are enjoy during stay in hotel Atrium. Good staff hotel. Next time we will come back to Atrium hotel when visit to Cilacap. Thanks Atrium.
