Nice and comfy stay. Pretty much a full serviced apartment
Reviewed 26 january, 2023
Stayed for in November for 4 nights and it was a very comfortable stay. It's like having your own apartment but someone comes and cleans it. Here is the run down: Pros: -Very spacious. Like I mentioned, it's pretty much like a serviced apartment. There is full kitchen, dining area, sitting area, and even a balcony. There's not much of a view but it's still nice to be able to sit outside -Free laundry. Although it's a little creepy because you have to go to the parking garage and it's literally one washer and one dryer. But the good thing is that you don't have to leave the building to go down there -There's a convenience store and a taco cart right downstairs -They keep the main door locked at certain hours, which gave us some peace of mind -One free bottle of wine per stay (at least we had it because I booked through Hotels.com) -2 free bottles of water per day Cons: -Location is a bit far from most areas you'd probably want to visit as a tourist. It's still accessible (for example, the Angel of Independence is about a 10 min walk) but we mainly ubered everywhere. There are restaurants within walking distance but none of the popular restaurants. Overall, it was a great stay. It was very comfortable and we felt relatively safe. But I think if I were to come back to Mexico City, I would probably stay closer to where all the good restaurants are at.

Great location, comfort and value in CDMX

Recently spent 4 trouble-free nights here in a 1BR suite. There were appliances for a longer term stay, and bonus, the unit had A/C and a small balcony. The bed was very comfortable with quality bedding and I never heard any noise from neighbouring suites, however, there were occasional small bangs and pops (possibly related to water use in the building) but did not affect our sleep. Minimal street noise. Two small water bottles and housekeeping was provided daily, the wi-fi worked great. Javier operated the front desk and he was friendly and polite, as were all staff. I would recommend this to any travellers for business or pleasure. It is a small hotel so there are no other services provided, but the excellent central location and comfort is the key draw here.

Cool Suite in Greta location

Excellent location in a quiet part of Mexico City but super close to Bosque de Chapultepec and the the Lovely Avenue of Reforma, with many cool restaurants in the nearby area. Close by there is a public bicycle station to rent bikes to move around the neighborhood. The Suites are spacious, clean and with very nice set up (decor, kitchenette, dining table, sofa, etc). Has very good amenities. The staff super friendly and helpful.

Stay away if you don't want quiet, comfort, relaxation and awesome service

This was our second stay at this property, this time with another couple (who also loved it here) to celebrate my birthday. As always, the room was super clean, bright and comfy. Love the fact that it has a full kitchen so we can cook/warm-up/store food if we don't feel like going out. The bed has thick comforters and four pillows to snuggle into. There is plenty of hot water, a cute little balcony for sipping morning coffee and a mini-split AC (at least in our room - I believe some rooms don't have it, so be sure to check). The location is perfect, within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, shops, la Reforma, etc. And it's surprisingly quiet given its location. I prefer this property to other places I have stayed at in CDMX over the years in part due to it being a more business traveler/long-stay oriented property. This means that the guests are usually well-mannered and quiet, and any type of obnoxious behavior (screaming kids, loud parties, drunken guests) is not tolerated. There is also no restaurant, thus cutting down on the noise level even more. Wonderful. But what really makes this hotel stand out is the personalized service by the concierge (and one-man welcoming committee) Javier. He is a real gem and goes out of his way to ensure your stay is perfect. He and the staff even gifted me a bottle of wine for my birthday! Such a lovely detail. He will immediately take care of any issues (minor as they typically are at this hotel) like getting a dish sponge, more soap or a TV cable (did someone steal it???) brought up to the room. And he will be more than happy to make any arrangements you might need, always with a smile on his face (well, smiling eyes, in any case, on account of the mask!). Thanks again to everyone at MX Grand Suites for our highly enjoyable stay. We will be back.

Strong choice for central CDMX

We stayed for 21 nights, an excellent place. The location is good, and a little quieter than being directly in Condessa /Roma. Front desk very helpful, attentive, and concerned. We stayed in a King Studio which is thoughtfully laid out so that one room feels like three separate places, including a decent kitchen and a big comfy sofa
