STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE
One of the worst places I have ever stayed at. Stained carpet, baseboards peeling off the walls, rusty and dirty lamps, cockroaches in the room. No food available after 10am. Extremely outdated and dirty. Outlets placed in inconvenient places to charge your phone. Room was so humid my walls and bathroom floor were wet. I literally had to go use the dryer to dry my damp clothes. Was told to change the temp to 62 degrees to avoid that issue, which is FREEZING and uncomfortable. Towels stunk. On top of that, the phone hardy worked, so my husband had to walk to the front to get assistance. I have family in Puerto Rico and understand the tropical whether, but even staying at my family's homes in the past I have never encountered such an issue with moisture indoors. I used my points for this trip so luckily I saved a bit of money, but honestly this stay was extremely disappointing, and I hope they make things right. At least update your rooms, come on now. It's 2020. This place is a motel at best. THEY KEEP DELETING MY REVIEW ON GOOGLE. TERRIBLE BUSINESS. PAY ZERO ATTENTION TO 5/5 REVIEWS. THEY ARE GETTING PAID.
Staycation
Fresh out of this hotel, for a staycation / work trip. We booked a doble room trying to cover for a much needed break and spend family time. The place is located up top of a soft hill, offering spectacular views. The pool area has wonderful trees to sit and relax. The staff was very helpful and gave us excellent service. The room was clean and beds were so comfortable along with the nice a/c..hotel has been there a long time so expect this kind of setting. All together smelled and was clean.
Good pool and view
This is a very good hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed sitting out by the pool. They even have their own exit off the interstate!

This was a celebration reservation on my points for my friend. I made the reservation the same day and called the hotel. I got the lovely pleasure of talking to JIMMY TORRES. I explained to him that this is for my friend and she has her birthday in few weeks. And I understand this is last minute but if anything surprise could be planned, I absolutely do not mind paying for the amenity. Mr. Jimmy, thanked me for being a Platinum Elite member, confirmed the room type and reservation details, added my friends name and told me that he would happily arrange for some surprise for her. On top of that he assured that it would be complimentary. I was so touched. Ms. JENERY, the restaurant host, called my friend and wished her Happy Birthday after she checked in. They invited her for a special Birthday Breakfast. Sadly, she had other plans (She had no idea I was trying to arrange this surprise) Any other hotel would have said, (“Oh well! We tried…) But not this hotel. ALERIX, from front desk, personally went to the room and delivered a lovely amenity bag with snacks and water. I was so touched that they went out of their way to make sure my friend felt special. I thank everyone on this location for the lovely hospitality. From Jimmy to Alerix. Thank you very much

Great location very clean, service is spectacular rooms are great just like you expect form a Holiday inn, restaurant great what can i say this hotel exceed my expectations will go back very soon and recommend to every one.
