I went to City Express Juarez from Dec.12-Dec.23. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The kitchen lady Tita is super nice. The door man Mr. Juarez is nice and friendly. I would have given them a 5 but the beds are a bit hard and the free breakfast is good but is the same thing everyday. You have eggs, beans, and chips and sauce to do it like chilaquiles. It is good but every morning for almost 2 weeks is too much. Overall a very great experience and close to the shopping mall and the US consulate.

US Consulate Interview

I wanted to write a review about this hotel to share my husband and my experience we arrived Oct 31 and checked out Nov. 6 2019 very affordable I believe for 6 night we paid about $271 about $40 a night booked through Orbitz. I highly recomend it. You see Many reviews where people complain about the size completely wrong the rooms are perfect the breakfast is great and both ladies that prepare breakfast are very nice. They made us feel at home. The staff there is great very knowleadgeable if you have a question about anything you need to have done prior to your interview they have the answer or will direct you to the right place. They have a shuttle that is driven by Sandra super nice women she has a schedule if you need to go to go to Walmart , Airport , Mall, Antecedentes no penales which was so helpful at no extra charge you can tip her if you want. Then you have Don Francisco he opens the door for you and welcomes you to the hotel so nice. The cleaning ladies very polite and respectful. Victor the night security also very nice and helpful. The front desk receptionist night and day were very polite and respectful I cant remember the young men at night very nice daytime we have Paola what a sweet heart very helpful and polite always smiling and willing to help. Overall its a great place to stay everything is close across the street from the consulate the clínics, Cas huellas, restaurants and mall . If you are looking for a good place to eat we really liked Tacotote inside the mall they have a delicious parillada😋. If you decide to stay here you will not regret it I was very pleased and we were both so happy we chose City Express Jr Loved it. 😀😉😀😃

City Express Hotel, Juarez, Mexico 10/2019

hotel is fairly new and room is not that big, but sufficient, Free WiFi, breakfast is basic, Location is ca 5 miles from the airport, staff is friendy, offer free coffee from a machine, which is reasonably good. Room rate with 65 US$ is ok, for1 or 2 nights on business just fine

Amazing people Tita and driver. Front desk girls are too young and maybe their behavior is a bit childish. Overall everything else is ok, it’s location is perfect if you are planning to visit the US embassy.

Consulado Appointment

Reviewed 24 august, 2019

Honestly one of the best hotels that has very outstanding service that you can't go wrong with. Yes their rooms are a bit small and no fridge but trust me it’s not a big deal since they have vending machines & a lot of places to go to all around. We stayed here for a week which price wise to my surprise is reasonable and cheap . The breakfast is AMAZING! TITA REALLY GETS DOWN, Probably the best breakfast food at the hotel then going out & apart from that she’s literally like having your mom around she will make sure you eat before you leave & will pray for you 6-10:30 am is enough time for breakfast she’s such a blessing to the place, lady's clean everyday & make sure you want cleaning service (one day we came early and found her cleaning the shower and toilet) so they take higiene seriously, front desk (Paola) is very polite in answering all your needs check in is at 3 & arrived at 11am she got us in a room as soon as one got available, El señor Juarez if y'all get to meet him who's in charge of opening and closing the doors is such an incredible person, literally helps each guest that has questions from where's the medical exams finger prints consulado or whatever he will literally tell you where to go such a positive & glee person. Shuttle service is beneficial and great, they go out their way so you can see a bit of their surrounding areas and get paper work needed for your appointment then go pick you up. I believe her name was casandra or Sandra she also helps a lot in getting you around & answering your questions. You won't need to spend on a taxi which is great! They take you to Walmart, catedral, to get criminal record from Mexico and more places. I could go on how amazing this hotel is but it's best if you check it out yourself. Definitely recommend if your having to stay here for your Juarez appointment for immigration Since you can literally walk to it from the hotel just walking the bridge or to even just visit. Will definitely be back to visit !!
