If you’re expecting a Radisson quality experience while visiting Louisville, you won’t find it here. This facility is due for renovation, past due actually. Housekeeping is upon request, probably due to COVID which is understandable but during our week stay we requested housekeeping twice and both times no one showed up and had to be re-requested late in the day requiring us to vacate the room while they grudgingly serviced the room. We never encountered thinner towels or mustier surroundings in what we expected to be a quality hotel. Exterior door entry locks routinely failed to open, only 1 of 3 ice machines in the I wing was functioning, the list goes on. Avoid this facility if possible.

It's a nightmare. We checked in late at night after driving 5 hours. By the time entering the bathroom, there's a dead cockroaches on the floor. And there's another one by the mirror. The hotel is very old and smelled mold. Can't believe a well known brand big hotel chain can let this happen. It's ironic that they advertise doing extra cleaning for Covid. They don't even do the basic cleaning and inspection. Please avoid staying here no matter how cheap it is.

We had a decent experience. The hotel is very spread out like a maze and easy to get lost in but it’s very clean and the pool area is awesome. There definitely needs to be some updating done to carpets and furnishings. Also hallways, convention center lobby, common areas are not air conditioned and can get very uncomfortable. This is definitely something that needs to be addressed. However the beds were comfortable and the staff is very efficient in getting you anything you need. Overall I would stay here again.

I booked this hotel through Priceline. I paid for 2 nights through Priceline for a hotel that was supposed to be clean, comfortable rooms, courteous service and free breakfast. Our room was not clean. The floor was dirty to the point it had dried chunks of food, windows that did not open, dirty chairs, dirty ice bucket, and we only had hand towels and wash rags. We had a beautiful view, the pools were nice, they have a lounge and restaurant BUT there are no menus in the room and I feel weird taking kids inside a lounge. When I arrived I was told I had to pay a deposit even though my room was already paid for. That was an additional expense that affected our summer trip. No free breakfast. No courteous service since we were treated rudely on 2 occasions. Once was when we took the kids to the pool and two men were not allowing anyone on the ONE elevator since they were looking for carts. This was between 7:25-8pm. We had to go down 7 flights of stairs in a hot stair well. The pool, the views, the beds were great but I will never stay here again nor book through Priceline. We are owed a partial refund but I doubt we get it.

Staying here on our way to Smokey Mountains. Gross rooms. Smells bad, pull out couch is horrible. No full size pillows. Area of town is extremely sketchy. They make it look like it’s a regular hotel but this is a redone 15 years ago roadside motel. Not what you would expect from a radisson.
