Triggered Asthma and Smoke Alarms

I turned on the heater and black smoke came out causing the fire alarm to go off. I left the hotel to another hotel since I had difficulty breathing. This was the worst trip ever. I do not recommend this.

This place is very clean, the staff is amazing, and everything here’s is beyond perfect! I will continue to come here every month I travel to North Carolina. We always stay in room 102 and hope to always keep that room (in a smoker, it has amazing outdid access points) I highly recommend this hotel!
Lousy decision on my part

Using Expedia booked for 1 night here. Check-in should have told me all i need to know, but room was prepaid with no recourse. Desk clerk inept; clueless on how to check in a guest. given room down the first floor hall..left desk area to walk down a cement floor (carpet recently removed) to find a room without numbers..they'd been removed too, but replaced w numbered blue painters tape. Room okay, but no internet..return to desk w 2 other guest there to complain about lack of internet. Manager bumbled unable to do anything. Finally was give a voucher to give to Expedia for refund..Expedia called hotel and manager refused to authorize refund. AVOID THIS PLACE.
An Extreme Renovation and Extremely Rude Construction Crew and Management

If looking for a place to really rest your head for the night, I definitely would not recommend this place. There were issues at check-in with a manager who I've seen several times , as well as construction employees yelling at my five year old son who has autism and not letting up on that, and returning to do it several times. Clarksville itself is a community that I love and is known for its communal feel, however this hotel has definitely missed the mark on that. After 30 to 45 minutes of actually arguing with the manager to allow me to check me in, I was then checked into a room where I found that someone else had their luggage in there and was residing there. I am not sure if that was an actual guest or if that was one of the employees in the hotel who is doing construction and the hotel was unaware. The hotel is under extreme construction. It is a site that many guests would find alarming to see in a hotel that they are checking into. Given also the demeanor of the employees who are doing the construction, overall I would not recommend for anyone to stay here, particularly anyone with children. I am not sure if the experience was a result of poor management or a result of the poor ownership of the hotel overall, however I would definitely recommend that someone take a look and see what is happening at this hotel.

I was expecting microtel is a descent hotel just like in Canada. This place is disgusting not worth a penny. My fiancee told me it has smell. We stay on the first floor. I noticed that the towel is grayish in color, the bath tub doesn't drain fast. We have to unplug the fridge because it makes noise. The ice bucket still have water, nobody dump it. I have to go at the front desk to get a box of tissue paper. Really!!!? They supposed to check it everytime they clean the room make it sure the next guest has ample of supply but this one... nope! Honestly it happened to us 3x already. A hotel run by east Indian is disgusting!!! Sorry I am not a racist but that's what I noticed. Next time, impressed your guest. Shame on Wyndham company to have people running their hotel. CEO should go every hotel own by them and check the condition of their hotels, just my opinion.
