Hard to recommend staying here; this hotel's glory days seem long gone.

Radisson tends to excel, but this particular hotel is lackluster at best. The exterior stairway to the north tower is crumbling with chunks of concrete missing. Was told room service was not available for our 3 night stay and that we could come to the front desk if we needed anything. Restaurant was closed with no reason given for 2 of the days. Pool closed for maintenance. Smell of marijuana permeated the K-2 hallway throughout the stay. Two loud parties involving women screaming; one on the third floor directly above, one across the hall same floor. Drunken man looking for party attempted to force his way into one of our rooms. Hotel office area had a fire which resulted in the entire complex being evacuated at 7:30 am and nobody being allowed back in for hours. Guests sitting in their cars in pajamas for an extended period during the middle of winter. Saw the same desk clerk during the entire stay, this person possibly worked for at least 72 hours straight and was the only employee I saw at the entire hotel. One electric outlet available for refrigerator, coffee maker, and lamp. Entire hotel looks like it was awesome in the 80's but hasn't received any attention since then.

Our family made the mistake of staying at this property while in town for a funeral. We stayed in the K-Wing. Highlights: - Fire - early morning hotel fire. We were awaken with mgmt knocking on all doors shouting "maintenance" to prompt us to evacuate. Emergency workers showed up and fire alarm was eventually pulled. Evacuation procedures did not seem to exist. There was an actual fire on the property. We later found it was related to a dryer catching on fire. - Hostile property - on our last night, the guests next to us were screaming, fighting, and threatening one another with the guests across the hall. We did not feel safe or get any sleep. - Drugs - on multiple occasions, we witnessed guests getting high in the stairwell and guest room across our hall (they kept their door propped open). The hall smelled of weed the entire stay. - Moist / humid room - there is no ventilation in the room or bathroom. Our room was overly moist and humid. We felt like there was possible mold in our room as we had sinus issues for entirety of our stay. - No breakfast - they didn't serve breakfast on any of the mornings we were there. No reason given. - No pool - closed for maintenance during our stay.

Lobby is nice, check in was fine. You have to go up outside steps to get to rooms. The hallways are very outdated. Get in the room, it does not smell clean, one bed is not made and has a pile of dirty sheets on it. Call front desk she said she would send housekeeping to take care of it, an hour later no one had showed up, called again and it was obvious she forgot, she offered another room. After getting home called to question why I cas charge double what I should have been and the employee was rude and hung up on me.

Reserved two rooms for two couples for two nights. When we arrived in our room late that night after a family gathering found Bug shell in sheets did not know to be concerned until the next morning when we turn the light on and a black bug was very obviously crawling across our white pillow! Took a picture of it flush it down the stool and researched it was a bed bug. There were other signs of the bed bugs on the sheets as well but since we are not trained in that learned about looking for the signs once we saw there was a problem. By then the hotel's problem had become our problem had to come home and undress in our garage bringing nothing in the house until it had been treated had to throw a few things away that could not be treated. To top it off when we went to the desk to report the problem found that one of the rooms had been checked out as if they were not there that night when in fact they were there sleeping in their room. Person at the front desk said the room we were in was supposed to be off Market meaning no one was supposed to be in it anyway. I was told to leave our contact information and management would reach out have not heard anything so far and it has been 4 days since we checked out. Did not stay the second night had to return home early because we were too freaked out about getting more bugs to take home. In fairness they did refund all the fees but it wasn't even worth the trip with what we've had to go through to clean up their mess.

This visit was perfect. Checkin process was outstanding and the lady at front desk super friendly and very fast. Room in excellent condition, bed very comfortable. Room has excellent heat/air, USB ports, fridge and ground floor has sliding glass door to a well kept outdoor area. Very pleased.
