At the reception in the hotel they talk France and Englisch. Rooms are oke breakfast is also ok At the reception, you can buy some food and drinks. But after 20.00 uur you can't no more buy alcohol. This was a covid 19 rule.

Brand new hotel; clean and comfortable room, very good breakfast, good WiFi, car park available at a reasonable price, good location with easy access to the city center by car... and importantly, great friendly and helpful staff at the reception. All in all, excellent value for money.

This hotel is excellent for the price, the centre is 10 mins away on the tram (1.60 each way) with all the restaurants. the staff are friendly, rooms a good size and comfortable. Quiet area. Car park is a little small and fills up quickly

Très bon hôtel où j’ai séjourné dans le cadre d’une formation sur Clermont Ferrand. A proximité du lieu de formation. Immeuble et chambre moderne, spacieuse, propre. Vous avez les transports à proximité ainsi que la gare à 10min à pieds. Je recommande

Un bon accueil et un personnel disponible et souriant, et un ménage irréprochable ! L'hôtel est bien situé, la literie est bonne. Le petit déjeuner est OK niveau rapport qualité prix. Il y a de quoi manger sur place si besoin. Et un parking à proximité.
