Not much to say about the hotel. My Bonvoy status was not acknowledged at check in. They were nice but didn't point out any of the amenities. I think I found out there was a lounge after asking someone. I had a corner room, decent view of the stadium and lake. The rooms need updating though. Definitely out of the 90s. Old school Marriott of yellow and burgundy. Furnishings had taken a beating, lamp shades stained and just overall it was a worn room. If you need to be in downtown Cleveland it is a good location. Overall I'd give it a "meh".

Nice hotel, but service missed the mark.

The hotel overall is very nice. A person can take a moderately long walk and get to the Cleveland Brown’s Stadium or the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. There is underground parking, which is nice to avoid s ow building up and walking in the rain to get to your vehicle. We stayed several nights and the only real issue we had was at check in and getting our room cleaned. When we checked in, the clerk did not program our room keys for the Bonvoy area, did not have any self parking tickets to give us, and failed to mention we had to request our room to be cleaned during our stay. Although the key programming and the parking ticket were fixed the next morning, we never had our room cleaned despite asking for via the “At your service” line on two consecutive days. Great services was definitely missing the mark.

My Husband and I had a great time celebrating our birthday’s at the Marriott Key Tower. Everything was excellent. We were made to feel very special by the entire staff! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!!

Finally Full Service Returns

With nice bars, restaurants, salon, shops, and club this hotel does not disappoint. Suites are available for reasonable prices. Only one small nit, and that would be that you can’t order room service breakfast the night before. Seems like an easy fix for a big benefit but who knows. The adjoining restaurant Il Venetian is fabulous.

Good downtown hotel

One night stay for points with my daughter. Easy to find hotel arriving by car. Valet parking reasonable. Warm welcome by valet and receptionist. Lobby and bar area nice and clean. Well appointed and decorated. Room was a bit dated, but OK. A la carte breafast service was good at the lobby bar/cafe. Staying for points I cannot really complain, but would probably choose another, more modern hotel next time in Cleveland.
