Front desk was cold and rude. We checked in at midnight and she wasn’t busy but acted like we were bothering her. When we called her she right away put us on hold without seeing why we were calling. Another family member called and got hung up on. It could have been an accident but her attitude was bad Rooms also was outdated and no coffee makers in rooms. Beds were comfortable with no fridge in room.

This Sheraton holds up to the chain's reputation and expectations. Very clean. Friendly staff. Shower water pressure and pillows to die for. Good food served in restaurant though menu is limited. Free shuttle service. Convenient to downtown trains which are cheap.
Better than expected

Stayed here for a quick overnight business trip. It was surprisingly better than expected based on reviews. It’s a bit dated but spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Washer pressure was good. Staff at front desk was very welcoming and super nice. I would stay here again. I glance at for knowledge purposes and they have good food options in the restaurant and typical hotel prices.

This is a terrible hotel! Very run down! Asked for toothbrush and they said you have to buy one? Pool was broken - everything is old. Would not recommend! TV does not stream. No usb. Only thing good is it’s by the airport if you have an early flight.

I recently stayed one (1) night the Sheraton Cleveland Airport for business. I travel with Lysol, so I routinely disinfect my bed and high touch areas. Being that I checked in after midnight, I didn’t do my thorough visual,and . such poor room lighting made the task even worst. Upon waking up the following morning, I noticed a dried blood spot on the comforter; the bed skirt was covered with a stain, which housekeeping just causally tried to tuck under the mattress; stains in the carpet; and the ceiling had large brown water spots. The hotel rooms are in dire need of renovation. Every inch of my room was outdated, from the door to the window! The bathroom is dark and dingy, and outdated. The public space, such as the lobby looked ok, but I do not spend a lot of time in such areas to matter. The room grossed me out, so I did not bother to use the gym or other amenities in fear that they were probably just as bad as the rooms. They have a restaurant, but it’s lacking to be a full serviced hotel. I’ve never stayed at any full serviced hotel that did not have fresh eggs! I’m so tired of hotels using COVID for their poor service and amenities because I have stayed in too many that still operate with HIGH standards. The only good thing about this hotel is they are close to the airport, they have 24/7 shuttle, and the staff was super nice. Also, I’m not sure of the COVID mandates in Ohio, but none are practiced at this hotel. So, if COVID isn’t a big issue for you, you will feel right at home. NO MEASURES are put in place for your safety. No cleaning of high rich areas. My remote control was found on the floor beside the nightstand. I observed no cleaning of public area during my entire stay, nor was any staff or guest wearing a face covering. I’m a TITANIUM ELITE member, and this was the best room available? It’s safe to say, I won’t be back! This hotel does not deserve to be a part of the Marriott brand. KT
