Great breakfast and wonderful staff. I'm an older woman traveling alone and, always feel safe staying at the Best Western brand hotels. Value is best in town for what you get. I have stayed in some of the others in town. Easy parking and elevator. No problems.

BED BUGS FOUND

MULTIPLE BED BUGS FOUND - ROOM 119 - 5/29/2022 I checked in on Sunday, May 29th, 2022, and went up to room 119 with my wife and daughters. Within 60 seconds I found 2 bed bugs on the right-side bed close to the pillow by the nightstand and 1 bed bug on the nightstand. We immediately left the room and told the young lady at the front desk. She apologized and told me she would tell the owner and that I wouldn't be charged. The next day I called and talked to a man and he too assured me they would refund me. The day after I noticed the charge was still on my credit card statement. I called again and this time spoke to someone who identified himself as the owner. This man told me I was wrong and there were no bed bugs. This was obviously not true. He still refused to give me a refund and hung up on me. I contacted corporate at Best Western and informed them of the experience. A little later the man who identified himself as the owner of the hotel called me back and told me he would issue a refund. We'll never be back. Everything about this hotel was a nightmare.

Needs improvement but management helpful

First room- recliner broke, holes in the window, AC wouldn't go below 74. Second room - hair dryer missing, coffee maker broke (missing parts), AC never went below 74 and.. toilet worked for 1 flush. Tank empty (valve on and the sink and shower worked) . Evening employee was helpful and couldn't have been nicer about it- switched my room quickly and with a smile. Talked to manager this morning and he was extremely nice and appreciated the feedback.

Excellent hotel for this price. We found our room to be extremely clean and neat. We had no complaints about the cleanliness of the bathroom either. I would most definitely book here again if I was ever back in this area.

Had to find a place last minute this place worked for us. Rooms are very big and seemed newly remodeled. Very clean and everything worked. Staff was super friendly. They rent out the conference room and called to see if it was bothering us and they would move us if so. Thought that was nice but we weren’t bothered and the conference was done by 2130. The free buffet breakfast was great. They excepted pets so that was a saving grace as it was getting late and other hotels we checked did not. Had to drive an extra hour but worth it. A lot to do in the area. Will stay again if in the area. Added this place to our saved hotels. Only one thing kept this from a five star the HVAC unit was really noisy and woke me up a couple times. Tv channels and wifi were also great.
