When you first walking the door there is an obvious leak. The drywall is stained and has mildew. Terrible 1st impression, felt dirty and uncared for immediately. Bedroom window seals are broken glass is all fogged and the other pane had a cracked glass. The toilet room ceiling had stains from a leak. Drywall repair and paint not done. Tile missing at door in toilet room. Mant outlets in wall and especially lamps did not work. Plugs fell out. Carpeting down 1st floor hallway needs cleaning. The odor of old cooked foods from the carpet made me gag. The was clean and bed was nice. The curtain is old with many holes in it. This place needs a renovation big time. This is not at the level of a Sleep Inn. More like a poor Econolodge.
Quiet,Cozy & Affordable

A very satisfying last minute stay due to originally booked hotel being a flop.It was a comparable priced hotel to others in area that included microwave,tv, fridge & breakfast. An affordable pleasant & comfortable stay.

I used stay at this hotel on a regular basis but since they have changed owners the service is just terrible. Everytime I visit atl this hotel is under some renovation. The carpets are filthy' bathrooms shower hair' dust head boards' this place has turned into a dump with awful customer service. Called for a plunger at 5am and to go the front desk at 8 am to get one when they had a desk clerk doing nothing' breakfast lady doing nothing but smoking and and other employees eating the breakfast while other guest are trying to eat. I will not be back time to stay across the street.
CHARGED IN ERROR FOR EXTRA CHARGE & VERY RUDE FRONT DESK

As a "Platinum" Choice Rewards Customer that travels 60% of my time, getting charged for a extra day in error is no big deal, but when you speak with one front Desk person, who tells you the charge will be corrected. Just to see 2 days later, the money is no longer on hold, but taken out of your account. Then when you call again, you speak with a very rude Front Desk Agent (spoke with him 10/31 @ 7:30am), he gets ab attitude with the Customer and hangs up on the phone on me. I had to call back 11 times in order for him to pick up and claim he never hung up on me. This Hotel definitely need to spruce up on their customer service and return my money.
Traveling with the Brits

We stayed here 2 nights with family that just arrived from England. They have a free shuttle service to the airport which would have been great, but they are not allowed to do the international terminal for some reason. (They did try for us) Staff was great, they had a lot of fun with my dysfunctional family. Remember this is an airport hotel.. its used, but not dirty. I would go back again in a second.
