Really bad internet

We arrived for work in Cologne and the rooms are basic-single tiny beds but the PROBLEM is the internet that is really slow and it does not connect in the room on the 2nd floor. The reception clerk told me there is nothing they can do.

Good location, clean and comfortable

Located just off one of the main shopping streets less than 10 minutes walk from the station and very close to the old historic centre. Some street noise in the evening and in the morning but was very quiet at night. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast while not extensive still offers a reasonable choice and is more than enough to keep you going until lunch time.

A super clean establishment . Excellent situation for cathedral, the Rhine and the station. great 'German breakfast . Lovely reception staff friendly and so helpful . Room was of average size with comfortable beds . The only downside was the noise from the outside .

Great location just off the main pedestrian shopping street. Basic rooms with bright beds but in good condition and reasonable size. Triple room had a handheld shower over bath while double had a normal shower. Breakfast was a standard continental affair but no toaster to be seen.

This hotel is in an excellent location, right in the centre of the old town and within walking distance to all the major attractions. Excellent breakfast with breads, cereals cheeses and cold cuts. Overall an old hotel, with rooms having old furniture. But everything was really clean. Staff was helpful as well
